I was reading a reprint of Tales To Astonish #93 (Where The Hulk and The Surfer fight), and just as the issue ends, The Silver Surfer was about to use his powers to remove the Gamma Radiation from the Hulk only to be misunderstood by him as trying to attack.

That said, The two would work together in later stories, so has the Surfer offered the Hulk another chance of curing him or was it just never brought up again?

Yeah, he actually did it in Hulk 250, but it was temporary. He did it for selfish reasons, needing the Hulk's power to break the barrier that held Surfer to the earth. But then he had to give it back to save Banner's life.

He also permanently cured the Rhino once, too, duing the period where the Rhino was moping about being stuck in the costume. The Rhino got tired of not being able to knock stuff over eventually, though, and got somebody to put him back in the suit.

So unless they've given a reason that I don't know about, it's possible the Surfer could cure the Hulk at any time. It's just one of those things you have to ignore if you're going to continue publishing comic books, though.
