If Cartoons Were Real

Cartoons are known for flawed logic. Let's make a little game out of this, and/or an interesting discussion.

If Chowder was real, Mung Daal would go to jail for breaking child labor laws.

If Rugrats was real, Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, Dil, and Kimi would all be given to new families by social workers. I mean, the kids are constantly breaking out of their playpens and getting lost!

If Invader ZIM was real, Dib and Gaz would be taken out of the custody of Professor Membrane as well. He's pretty neglectful. The kids can take care of themselves, but still.

But Chowder is his apprentice, not an employee. He's not being paid for his work, he's basically learning the craft of cooking from an experienced chef.

Not familiar with KND, but it took about three days for the Apollo astronauts to reach the moon (and the same length of time to come back).

If Fairly OddParents were "real", imagine Timmy's parents would be charged with child neglect, Timmy would be in a foster home, and Vicky in some juvenile detention facility. Tootie, Vicky's sister, possibly would also wind up in a foster home---and depending on the state/jurisdiction, Tootie and Vicky's parents could also face various charges for child neglect, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, etc.

If the Simpsons were "real"... Homer and Marge would be about 54, Bart would be 28, Lisa would be 26, and Maggie 19 (and the pets long dead or very old). ;-)

i think if all of the charlie brown/peanuts characters were real all of them would be in foster care since none of they're parents are around ever....and the poor kids would never be able to understand any real life adults since they don't sound like french horns.

This show isn't technically a cartoon, but it used to air on Cartoon Network, so it's cartoon related.

If Out of Jimmy's Head were real, Jimmy's parents would both be charged with neglect (Jimmy's dad is mentally incompetent and Jimmy's mom is hardly ever home), Sonny would be in prison for attempted murder, Yancy would be at Area 51 being probed for scientific experimentation, and Jimmy would either be in a foster home or in a mental institution for claiming to have cartoon friends that no one else can see.

If characters like the PowerPuff Girls were real I'd be worried I was going crazy, seeing flying little girls all over the place.

If characters like Ed from Ed, Edd n Eddy were real we'd all be doomed.

If Jimmy Neutron was real, we'd already have a cure for the common cold, cancer, and perhaps our economy problems would be good as solved. But Jimmy's parents would probably be in debt to pay off all the property damage Jimmy inflicts on the city. That, or the boy genius would be in jail until he hits retirement age.

And I agree, if the Peanuts characters were real, their parents would be in serious trouble. They let them go ANYWHERE and do ANYTHING they want. No chaperones, no supervision, no anything. They even cook for themselves (or have Snoopy do it). I'm surprised they don't pay the bills!

If The Secret Show was real, the potential of things like losing our spoons or suddenly being thrust back a million years would be a very real concern. Everyday somebody would be trying to take over the world, and we would never be able to understand anything our precious World Leader is saying, making things worse. I mean, her husband has to interpret her talk for us! Why doesn't he just be World Leader then? XD On the upside, impossible inventions would become possible.
