I love that subtle dagger thrust: "a bachelor".

"Hey baby, wanna go out some time?"

"Sure you seem like a nice guy, what your name?"

"Playstation 2."

Wow. :D

Oh man, I thought I was weird because I once played MK until my fingers bled (true story  ).

Mortal Kombat is a gift from God. I think half of my life has been spent playing it. My fingers were made tough by that game. Any of them, all of them. I still know every move by heart and all it takes is back, back, LP followed by an uppercut or combo and you're on fire thanks to Scorpion MK5 looks tight

Now that guy is insane on a whole new level... oh well, at least he's not stalking a celebrity or anything...

And God bless the obsessed fan in the early 1990's who changed his name to "Atari Jaguar"... :D

I meant to say, may God have mercy on Mr. Atari Jaguar! :D

What a thing to be named after. I'd rather be the original Douglas, for which the Douglas Pouch is named for. Now there is a man we can all admire!

Anyone think I should change my name to Game Boy Advanced? That would sounde even stranger.

This sounds as crazy as those Star Wars fans who wanted their own "Force" religion  Hmmm, no, maybe this is a bit crazier. I should change my name to Sega Saturn or PC maybe? Man, that is one devoted fan.

What about the parents who auctioned off their baby's name on E Bay to the highest bidding corporation? Now that baby is named after a corporation. I forget which one, but it was discussed here on these boards a few months back.

I would have named him FudgeNugget to teach his parents a lesson :p.

What's in a name? That which we call a Playstation 2 by any other name would still have a buttload of games.... err, nevermind. :p So, is that Mr. Two? Mr. Station Two? Play S. Two? Or just plain old Play?

The corporation that won the bid to name the baby? ESPN. Really. The parents pronounce it Es-pen.

Now THAT'S a case of parental hatred just waiting to happen...
