I just rented the Superman game for N64. In it Superman can get a super speed icon/token thats makes him have well, super speed. The weird thing is is that when he runs fast it resembles the way Flash is animated in the series. Maybe Bruce Timm thought of the game when he decided to make Flash's animation like that. Any thoughts/comments.

I don't think Bruce Timm would look to one of the worst games ever made for animation tips.

Well, I'm just glad it was better then the "Speed Demons" STAS ep. The Flash running animation on that thing stunk. :)

Flash, I disagree.
I think the animation for Flash used in Speed Demons was far superior to his JL animation, in which he hardly looks fast at all. His epithet is "The Scarlet Blur" so show that. Make him blur. By trying to draw all of the steps he takes, his speed looks no more impressive than Batman's.
Speed Demons showed him moving fast, and implemented the concept of vibrating molecules, which this Flash desperately needs.

In spots the STAS episode looked just fine. But most of the time it looked like he was running in slow motion. I'm a "speed freak" (Heck, I'm watching a race right now) and that's sure the way it looked to me. He looked like he was running 70 miles per hour over the ocean. It just didn't look right, imho.

I hate to reply to myself, but it's too late to edit the above post and add this stuff. I have stood about 100 ft. from a car going well over 300 MPH (many times at that). The STAS episode did a horribly bad job of portraying Flash's speed. JL is closer, but still is lacking. I think Mr. Timm and his animation crew need go to a drag race and make some observations.

....and another thing. (lol) I'm going to an NHRA POWERade Drag Race (http://www.nhra.com) later this month. For 3 days. I will be sure to sit by where the cars are going the fastest (usually 320-330 mph, these days) and I will take notes on how they need to improve Flash's animation. :D
