All that can be posted is now up for DC.

There's more month to come ;)

Also, I might be adding an episode tomorrow with the most obscure premiere time we've seen in these DC/TD threads. Maybe.

The movie on Oct 10 is about some kid named Potter.

so no new movie on October? :( I was really excited about it.

Also, I just find out a 2 new episodes of Wizards of Waverly Place called Saving WizTech. It is a 2-part episode premiering Oct. 26! I found it on Disney Channel Media Net

Well, it's OCT. 26, but yeah. I found that those Media Net sites are very inconsistent in posting timely information so I no longer check them.

But if they're posting it with no registration needed to see it, bleep the 6-week rule!

We now have the Toon Disney full-month schedule. And, that day-at-a-time site was WRONG .. the weekend 6:30 p.m. Digimon premieres ARE THERE (sorry for the panic).

And, look around for that bizarre set of premieres.

The first post is updated with the important stuff. Stacks will have to wait a while.

Is there another Studio DC on October 5th?

Burgundy Ranger
09-11-2008, 09:21 PM
After there being no Studio DC's in all of September, I'm finding full 30-minute episodes in October:

The first is hosted by the Sprouse twins.

102 is Oct 5, 8 pm, hosted by Selena Gomez

and those are the only two of the month

Again, Disney commits the error of overkill. Sure, the idea is nice but ALL monrh? ABC Family's idea of "The 13 Days of Halloween" is a much better idea.

You could do that on Disney too and even cross-promote between the two channels.

I can't wait till they air the rest of the Digimon series, the next episode Thomas Bursts On The Scene is one of my favorite episodes of the Savers season.

All of the Thomas centered episodes are my favorites, I love his story, but this one is the best one of the Thomas centered episodes, even better than Showdown Between Geniuses: Thomas vs Nanami, I hope they did a good job dubbing it, and not butcher this great episode. There this one flashback scene that I love involving Thomas meeting somebody for the first time, and how the scene interchanges with the present. It reminds a lot of Adventures My Sister's Keeper, another excellent episode by the way.

So they'll be repeating the new episodes in the mornings, on the days after they premiere? (Though in Sunday's case, the following Saturday morning.)

Yea, wizards that use their powers for kiddie show nonsense. What Disney needed to do was what Cartoon Network did last year. Get the rights to a show like Goosebumps and use that to promote Halloween.

Remember shows like Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Eerie Indiana, and Beetlejuice. Just cause it's a channel for kids doesn't mean it has to be soft. Wizards of Waverly Place isn't strong enough to be center stage of a Halloween marathon. They are just using the excuse to milk the franchise and hope it can hold strong once Hannah Montana ends.

The next chick is someone we've never met. Just how we had no idea who Demi Lovato was before this summer, it's gonna be some girl who'll pop out of nowhere.

The catch is the information is currently acccurate, but there is a chance Disney might have changed an episode title since its original announcement.

Totally odd. Disney just sent out its week-by-week highlights for October and they still have "Showgirls" for that title -- but the daily-updated listings site has "Show & Tell."

Since the dub was a bit terrible to me, it doesn't matter if the series is gone or not. Maybe it will get a remake much like the Evagelion series.

zoombie
10-06-2008, 01:11 PM
The dub doesn't determain weather the Digimon would continue or not. It depends on how the original series does in Japan. If the series is over, it has nothing to the quality of the dubs or the U.S. ratings.

I loved the episode that aired on saturday, it is one of the favorites. Though they edit out the mention of labor related death. The Digimon finale is very good, it is everything good about the Adventures 02 finale without the infomous epiloque. Though Savers / Data Squad does have an epiloque of its own, but it is not nearly as contraversal as Adventures 02 epiloque.

Not the full month. And even the day-at-a-time, 28-days-in-advance site is stuck on Saturday Nov 1 .... we were hoping to see if there was one or two PRJF episodes that day (2 would mean the finale).

That's also the weekend of the "Fall Back" to Standard Time so the scheduling people and/or programs are probably confused with the concept that 1:00 a.m. will happen twice that day.

You know, I have to wonder why only the Morbius centric episodes are used for Halloween when Goblins are also associated with the holiday. Cause, I'd think that episodes with the Green Goblin and Hobgoblin would merit some airing.

I usually wouldn't bump this at this late date but we have a change that happens TOMORROW -- Halloween night.

Disney Channel has pulled the On Deck premiere and moved it to next Friday (Nov 7) and replaced it with a Halloween-themed episode of SLoZ&C.

I guess they just caught on to the fact that their target audience would be in high-intensity Candy Aquisition Mode at that time.
