Bugs Bunny

I am trying to find out the title to a Bugs Bunny cartoon that I have only seen once about 12-15 years ago. The part that I remember is that Elmer Fud was in an insane asylum and he convences Bugs Bunny to trade places with him and Elmer Fud goes hopping away doing a little jig in a bunny costume. If any one knows the name of this cartoon and/or if it is available to purchase I would be greatly appreciativ of your help.

The name of that cartoon is "Hare Brush." It's a 1955 cartoon directed by Friz Freleng.
