This Sunday is Unforgiven. Make your predictions and be sure you do it by Sunday at 8 p.m. ET and do not edit your picks after that time.

Unforgiven has six scheduled matches, so everyone's total will be out of six. If you refuse to pick on principle, Kippy has no clue who you want, or you just plain miss it, there will be no forgiveness and you will get it wrong.

Should you feel the need to tally up your score, "challenge" people, or tell the story of the "match for the championship" that is going to fit in here, not the talkback thread for the event which will of course be posted Sunday.

Great idea for a scramble....two pins simultaneously as time expires...setting up 1-on-1 match to follow at next PPV.

Punk retains, because it's still too soon for him to lose. Can't see J-Me-L, Kane, or Rey-Rey at this point with the title. Rey, Kane, & Batista will be in a 3-way at the end, on the floor, leaving J-Me-L all alone to be put to sleep again.

HBK over Jericho. Chris gets his heat back post-match to keep the feud going.

DiBiase/Rhodes over Cryme Tyme. Too soon, again, for a title change.

Triple H retains. Too soon for MVP to ascend to the top. Benjamin already has the US title, and should've been in a 3-way with Porter & J. Hardy for that. Khali? Fuhgeddaboutit.

Michelle McCool over Maryse. Lock of the month.

Going out on a limb here, but I'll pick Mark Henry to retain the ECW title. To me, it is again too soon for a title change. Henry's held the title 2 months and change, and has finally gotten to the top of the mountain. Miz is in the match because it's in his hometown, but otherwise doesn't belong. He won't be a factor at the end. Matt Hardy will have to wait a wee bit longer.

I don't usually participate, but I just had an epiphany, and have come to rule you all.

Unforgiven will end with Hardys in the ring holding world titles.

Both guys are at a place where they're ready to hold their respective titles. It will be one of those unforgettable moments, and I'm sure it's something that WWE has considered doing. Many have thought that this could very well happen in the next year, but the 'wow' factor increases exponentially because the storybook ending of both brothers becoming world champions on the same night will have completely snuck up on us.

UNFORGIVEN
Live from The TWE Arena, September 7th, 2008

TWE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP SCRAMBLE
PTurkey(C) VS VCXZX VS hobbyfan VS Jaguar VS Matt Hazuda

PTurkey defeated Majin Megabyte at SummerSlam in a suprising upset to win the TWE World Heavyweight Championship thus Majin was only able to tie his original five month reign. However PTurkey may not get to enjoy his second title reign. The match begins with two random competitors then after two minutes a new challenger will enter untill all five men all in the ring and the title can change hands at anytime during twenty minutes after the twenty minutes are up whoever is hold in the title will be the new champion.

TWE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP
PTurkey(C) VS hobbyfan

PTurkey also claimed the I.C Championship at SummerSlam defeating VCXCX although given his situation involving the championship scramble the Intercontinental Championship might be the least of PTurkey's worries

5-1 or 5-0 depending on how the world title one is decided.

The Penguin
09-07-2008, 11:12 PM
Well either everyone gets it wrong or it doesn't count at all; it's pretty much the same difference. Typically in these situations when the match is altered, the match is thrown out. I think we would do that here as well.

4-1, though since Y2J was CM Punk's replacement, then if it was chosen to be kept, then I say anyone who picked Punk should get credit since his replacement did win it, though throwing it out will be the best option.

4-1. Well, actually 4-2, but as Penguin said the Raw scramble's been taken out with the last-minute decision to pull Punk from the match. Injury angle, anyone?

How many of you DID NOT see Big Show's latest heel turn coming? That is just flat-out lazy booking. How many times have we seen Show-UT over the years? Oh, I thought Edge might make a sudden return to explain away Vicki's attitude change, but this was flat out wrong. Hayes, you blew it this time.

Thanks again and be sure to return next month to make your predictions for No Mercy!

The Intercontinental Title Champion is decided by a calculating who has the highest percentage of correct guesses over the three most recent pay-per-views. The Heavyweight Title score awards points for correct guesses (no penalty for wrong guesses) for the six most recent pay-per-views. The points system for the heavyweight title is weighted such that more recent pay-per-views are worth more points. Click here (http://www.geocities.com/kippy925/unforgiven08.xls) to view the spreadsheet used to make these calculations. Please, please check my work!

At Summerslam, the night began with the first match in the TWE Tag Team Gauntlet Battle Royale. It was Majin Megabyte & Spike Mcdougal vs. PTurkey & RedNinja84. In a shocking turn of events, Kippy came out and made Penguin the guest referee. He then informed everyone that Deadman would be the bell keeper, and he would personally be the ring announcer. It became apparent that Kippy wanted to injure Spike at all costs and put him in a wheelchair for life. Events got worse when Penguin ejected Majin Megabyte for supposedly attacking the bell keeper, making it a five-on-one handicap match for Spike. The match ended with Spike being pinned. Kippy held up the tag belts and said the condition had been met, the tag division champs were hereby dismantled, and one of them would never be able to wrestle again. Just before the attack to finish off Spike began though, Eye of the Hurricane began, and out came bigddan11. He said it would be his pleasure to finish off his old nemesis, but instead of attacking Spike, he attacked his old tag partner, Deadman. The monitors then let out the loudest squeal, followed by a bolt of lightning to get everyone's attention, and the headquarters of the TWE were shown along with dark knight acoloyte. He informed TWE Commissioner Kippy that his corruption had led TWE's leadership staff to call a new TWE Commissioner solely for the tag division. That commissioner was bigddan11. bigddan11 took the tag titles from Two Man Power Trip and informed them that with his new power, they were hereby dismantled. The TWE Tag Division would continue on, but each and every team would be new at Unforgiven, where a new set of champions would be crowned with the conclusion of the Gauntlet matches.

Last night 10 new tag teams were formed by the new tag commissioner. They were:
Jin Kazama & Dirtbag
The Penguin & Deadman
email2003 & boywonder
Memphis Bleek & TWE Commissioner Kippy
Majin Megabyte & VCXZX
Matt Hazuda & Wonderwall
PTurkey & RedNinja84
Gutss & hengebenge (the one tag team allowed to remain the same due to them being the rookie wonder squad)
JShaggy & hobbyfan
and finally... Spike Mcdougal & bigddan11

The tag tournament gauntlet was set in motion as the computer randomly chose 5 matches to begin the night. In those matches Memphis Bleek & Kippy defeated Gutss & hengebenge, Matt Hazuda & Wonderwall defeated email2003 & Boy Wonder, The Penguin & Deadman defeated JShaggy & hobbyfan, Jin Kazama & Dirtbag defeated Spike Mcdougal & bigddan11, and Majin Megabyte & VCXZX defeated PTurkey & RedNinja84.

In the second round of the tournament, a three-way falls match was announced between Matt Hazuda & Wonderwall, Jin Kazama & Dirtbag, and The Penguin & Deadman. Matt Hazuda & Wonderwall won when Matt Hazuda nailed the 3$ bill and pinned Dirtbag to advance to the finals.

In the other semi Memphis Bleek & Kippy defeated Majin Megabyte & VCXZX when Kippy stood up out of his wheelchair and used it to club Majin Megabyte. Upon seeing Kippy stand up, bigddan11 came out and revealed he had suspected the commissioner had been faking his injury all along, and now that he was exposed, any further use of the wheelchair in any match, tag or singles, would result in the commissioner's immediate suspension from the TWE.

In the championship rising star Wonderwall pinned Kippy after Matt Hazuda kicked Memphis Bleek in the face to prevent any outside interference.

Here are the new tag division standings. If any of you care to have tag names, let me know and I'll add them on at the next PPV. With this many teams in the tag division though, I doubt we'll see many six month champion runs anymore. I did try to make the teams fairly even also based on overall performance so the tag division matches will be more exciting each month.
