Why does the soundtrack sound so weird whenever CN plays this cartoon? The music sounds sped up but the character's voices sound normal.

That's becasuse you're watching a time-compressed print. They're not worth watching if you ask me...

Actually, their version sounds like it's slowed down as opposed to sped-up like the other time-compresses prints. The music in the opening and closing sounds slower than usual.
