My fave is Gennedy Tartovsky, since he created two of C-Network's best toons: Dexter and Jack. And with one being serious while the other is side splitting, he's proven he has much talent.

Craig McCracken gets my vote. Not just because he created the PPGs, but because I keep hearing from folks in the know, that he's a really dedicated & generous guy who cares about the fans.
Maybe the other nominees are, too, but I haven't heard enough to say.

I have to go with my boy Genndy, Dexter was classic and after that he follows up with one of the most original toons on T.V today. And I heard his wife delivered a child a while back, congrats.
Craig's cool as well, he seems like a pretty dedicated guy who works really hard.
I don't know much about Mo Willams, but I do like his shiw,

My vote goes to Genndy Tartakovsky, mainly because he does so much and almost all of it is some of the best stuff.
A super special nod goes to Craig McCracken for such dedication and creativness. Special noticed to John Dilworth for being a really strange writter.

My choices would be Genndy and Fiess. Outside of Cartoon Cartoons, John K. of Spumco.

My vote went to Craig, although Genndy is at least as dedicated in his work, if not moreso. But there's something a bit more special when one creation combines both humor and superheroics.
-- Kane ... who on a different note, called it quites earlier on an employee-specific Freakazoid shirt at $40. I should be happy to have 2 of 'em already, so.

Craig is great, but Genndy is the MASTER.
Genndy was a supervising producer of PPG, and one of the directors in PPG's first season. Genndy....
And besides:
DEXTER
The Muffin King
The ep where Dad arm wrestles a trucker
Mock Five
Dex and Mandark commandeer two of Mount Rushmore's greatest characters to destroy each other
The snowball battle
The "green thumb"
The opera:
"Oo-oo-oo-oo-ooh! What does this button do?"
:: this exchange repeats, and is quite catchy.... ::
"Oh, dear brother, what have you got there?"
"Nothing. Nothing! You only see AIR!"
"Don't be silly--I love you very much! (proceeds to destroy something) I guess I shouldn't touch."
Makes you want to smack her, ne?
Ego Trip
And, last but not least is...Last But Not Beast! Wahoo!
SAMURAI JACK
That new, no-lines style is really working.
Beneath all the stoicism is a big kid with a shiny sword imbued with the power of righteousness. Genndy conveys this well.
Comedy and drama. Wowsers.
IMHO, Genndy is...the One.

i`d have to say a tie between Genndy Tartakovsky, or Dave Wasson. but in cartoons all around, Chuck Jones would be on top of course, then Mitch Schauer(Angry Beavers), Genndy Tartakovsky, Joe Murray(Rocko`s Modern Life), Jhonen Vasquez (Invader Zim), and Dave Wasson. those are my favs

Alas, from now on we must refer to Chuck Jones in the past tense.

Good ol' Maurice Willems, or Mo, if you will. "Sheep in the Big City" is the most underrated program on CN right now, and that not only includes the shows on now (originals and classics), but also the shows that have yet to air. I honestly don't see why this show isn't mo' popular (pun intended). It serves up regular humor, but it also forces people to think about some of the jokes. The puns might seem overbearing, but it's worth the journey.

Hey, wait a minute! How can you tell how underrated a show is if it hasn't aired yet?

And I have to say that episode where Plank kept giving The Ed's money for wild rides and stuff, untill the end of the of the show found out that they got tricked by Jonny, and that was also funny too.

You mean it's one guy with multiple personalities?
Well, I suppose that would better the odds of his winning an Emmy.

The three of them (Rudish, Genndy, McCracken) Sort co-developed Powerpuff girls and all three dexter segments.

I'd like to second this. I haven't watched much Sheep, but I've liked what I've seen. We need more sarcastic comedy in this world.

It's Craig McCracken, but Gennedy Tartatovsky is just as talented. Since they have collaborated on their respective series, I like to think of them as a team in the sense of the old WB throwbacks (Clampett, Jones, Avery et al).
David Feiss may as well be John K, while Danny Antonucci has done some work in the past. The only thing left is Van Partible IIRC decided to go back to teaching while having someone else continue on with the Johnny Bravo series. Whatever the case is debatable but he could easily have done a lot more.

David Feiss for sure, I was never a PPG fan infact its probaly one of my least favorites.
Genndy's work has really degraded therefor he doesnt get my vote and Danny doesnt because he has past failures (Altho EEE= great cartoon)
David Feiss made 3 things that I enjoy alot, Cow and Chicken, I am weasel and the pilot for lost cat.
