Legendary singer/songwriter Jerry Reed passed away September 1st from complications from emphysema in Nashville, Tennessee. RIP Jerry Reed. I tell ya, the string of deaths have been extremly random lately.

R.I.P. Mr. Reed :crying:

I'll always remember him, as a lot of people might, from his appearance on "The New Scooby-Doo Movies" where he voiced himself and sang his own rendition of "Pretty Mary Sunlight."

OK, The Waterboy have been a crap movie, but I enjoyed it, especially Jerry's part in it.

All the good people are going this year.

I don't need to look around I'm in heaven since
I found my pretty mary sunlight turning night to day

playing foolish games and invinting fairytales

turning night to day

Oh, how sad :( I'm embarrassed to admit I only really knew him from his appearance on Scooby Doo.
