1. Mangaka = comic-book illustrator = artist. Redundancy is redundant. XD

2. What kind of conditions?

Weather? Rainy. It's easier to be chained to the drawing board if the weather's crappy.

Studio? Drawing board's nice, some music playing, good lighting and plenty of munchies.

Professionaly: Something that keeps the bills paid.

We're not supposed to bump threads just to elicit more responses. Especially if the bump happens only four hours after the thread is created.

Your question is incredibly vague. Do you mean the conditions of your environment? The physical conditions of the artist? The mental conditions? Deadlines? All of these would vary depending on the individual artist anyway, and wouldn't be of much help to you. Explore your own "conditions," and try changing them around to find what works best for you. There is no single answer that will suit every artist.

I usually listen to music on my iPod when I'm drawing, painting, or graphic design stuff on my computer.:anime:

You should try to set-up a studio place at home if you have room for it and work when it's quiet-if that's a problem I go to the public library or any place that's extremely quiet-I find it best to draw when there are no outside distractions. Just make sure you have room for your tools and supplies, and be organized.
