Just saw a promo on Cartoon Network. There are supposed to be 20 episodes of Pokemon DP (or Battle Dimension, they didnt say i dont think) and then the premiere of the new Pokemon Mystary dungeon special. And after that they are airing Pokemon the Rise of Darkrai!
Well I know my plan for labor day :)

Go to the Secret Saturdays site on CN.com and it mentions the sneak peak on Labor Day.

*does a little jig* I am really stoked for the sneak peeks of the show. I'm going to watch the channel all that day just for them.

Yeah, its kind of weird that they're airing the Mystery Dungeon special now when it would have made more sense to air it when the games were coming out. But better late than never I guess.
I was happily surprised with this news when I first woke up this morning to watch GX. It sounds like a fun marathon and I'm definitely going to watch the Veilstone City episodes, the new Mystery Dungeon special and possibly the Darkari movie since I haven't seen it in awhile. The manga version of the movie also wasn't as good as I had hoped. Anyway, I just realized that this marathon happens the day before I have to go to school. What a great way to end my summer vacation with a Pokemon marathon.

I'm not trying to say the commercial is wrong (I haven't seen it), but how come no listings besides CN's site have the marathon on there, and even the movie and special are not listed.

Those sites haven't received CN's schedule listings for September yet. They're just using the current August schedule as a placeholder until they get the new listings.
...and even the movie and special are not listed.
They're listed as "Special" and "Movie" on CN's schedule for September 1st, so they're not grouped with the other Pokémon airings.

Lets all pray that the same doesn't happen to the PKMN ranger special. :p

Yeah, that would be a huge disappointment if that happened, especially since it looks better than the first Ranger special to me.

I spoiled the first 5 minuets of the special on YouTube for myself, and I'll have to say that it seems that the voice acting will be much better than last time. :)

I'm just a little over excited for the show. I haven't seen it yet, only a small clip on Cartoon Network video and some footage from commercials.

Well, I looked at CN's site today and it looks like they're going to air the first special right before the new one airs. That sounds like pretty good idea. I won't mind seeing it again (but I might have some trouble when Pichu talks... )

Me too. Just wished I liked Pokemon a little more . Oh well, I can take Pikachu if I get Fiskerton in return. ;) Might even watch the Mystery Dungeon special.

Well, I just found out that I have classes on Labor Day. (Yes, I know I fail)
Supposedly the college is try to keep everyone from going home over the weekend. Luckily I have all my classes in the morning, so I'll probably have time to watch the special. In fact, I'll probably watch both specials with this one guy from down the hall. LOL, we actually had an inteligent conversation over pokemon the other day. LOL

Yeah, I have classes on Monday too, but I'll be recording it since it's a good opportunity for me to catch up on all the Pokémon I missed throughout the summer. It's pretty strange, though; the fall weekday schedule doesn't have Pokémon on at all.

I'm kind of surprised that some colleges have classes on Labor Day. The fall term at my college doesn't start until Tuesday. I guess it differs for different areas.
I'm also surprised that the fall weekday schedule doesn't have Pokemon on at all. I know that they've gone back to those repeats of Master Quest and then into Advance, but I figured that they would have repeats of either Diamond and Pearl or Diamond and Pearl Battle Dimension. Maybe they wouldn't want to go into Battle Dimension so soon after having a day long marathon of the episodes so far.

Yep, I noticed that CN droped the 2 episodes in the morning.

Wow CN really is getting rid of Anime. Weekends are the only time anime is on =/

Well, technically, Bakugan is an anime so there is at least one anime on weekdays. They also still have new-to-CN episodes of GX in the early morning for at least until they finish with season three episodes. They usually take a break with Pokemon having a weekday repeat slot for awhile.

Yeah, at least while I'm at college.

Not really...I honestly can't think of any CN schedule in the last two years where Pokémon wasn't on weekdays.

I could have sworn I remembered a time when they didn't have Pokemon on weekdays during the last two years. Maybe I'm mixing things up again. I've been doing that a lot today. I'll blame it on stress from the thought of returning to school in like three days.
