This isn't related to comic books particularly, but I was wondering if any of you have Batman bootleg figures? Batman: YTB is working on a bootleg figure section and looking for additions (credited to the owner). I'd also just love to see what cool stuff is out there, so post your Batman or other comic book character bootleg figures. In the meantime, here's some neat stuff...

Pretty decent design overall, even looks like he's sporting a leather-like cape. He's definitely got a late '80s type of packaging, besides the unusually bright colors. But the annoying thing? Those pupils. They give off that pansy expression evident in many bootlegs. Otherwise, the figure itself really isn't too bad and replicates the movie look well.

This is Mattel's 2004 Batmobile from The Batman. I purchased it for $5 at a Wisconsin flea market in October 2007. The guy had some strange Superman knock-offs as well. The manufacturers of this must have been very confident in their English speaking abilities and thoroughly utilized their horrible skill at the expense of this item's box. They even go as far as referencing Steppenwolf's 1968 classic, "Born to Be Wild." Surely Batman jotted that phrase down in some motivational notes for the mechanic when he had the Batmobile designed. Overall, it's an ambitious and well presented rip-off.

Phrases That Appear on the Box:
- True Hero
- Modernism Best Batman Super Combat Car
- Powerful
Born to be wild
The Best Quality Cars
- The best quality cars as good as a play
- Batman Super Race Car
