--we saw Snapper Carr as a TV reporter in the first episode. So as I've suggested before, one of the teen supporting cast members from the Superfriends series could appear as an adult...maybe with kids of their own.
Or perhaps Simon "The Grey Ghost" Trent (either speaking or non-speaking, depending on if they could get Adam West into the booth....)
