Instead of a Justice League cartoon what if they made a World's Finest show? What do you think about a Batman/Superman team up show? There may be only so much you can do with them as a team, that's why they both get solo episodes. Then there's Supergirl, Robin, Batgirl, and that other kid too. We could have a Superman/Nightwing team up episode. What do you think about that? It wouldn't always have to be Batman/Superman, there could be Batman/Aquaman or Superman/Green Lantern. The show would focuss on the franchise players.

Howdy,
I think it'd be more accurate to describe what you're talking about as a "Brave and the Bold" show, and don't see any reason to restrict it to characters in the Batman and Superman universes. They could easily extend the concept to include random pairings of JL members, and even just other heroes who have been introduced along the way (Zatanna & Dr. Fate in a magic team-up).
Personally, I think the current JL is only one step removed from this. With the exception of "Secret Origins," I think every episode has had at least 1 hero who could have been removed entirely from the episode with no ill effects whatsoever. I also think the threats that they've faced so far could have been handled by 2 or 3 Leaguers, tops.

Yeah but I think Batman and Superman are more popular than the JL so why not use that? I'm watching War World. At least this is two characters I like.

I almost agree with you completely. I think all the heroes that were in In Blackest Night had a purpose for being there, but in the other episodes they've just been there for show. A great example of this is Paradise Lost, which was COMPLETELY a Wonder Woman story. The rest of the league didn't even need to be there, and that made me very angry. This is a team show, not a "Justice League Spotlight on..." show. If every hero isn't important, why have them there in the first place? Is it bad writing? Probably.
Oh well. Comic book fans are an extremely picky bunch. Such is life :)

I think they are used to one or two characters being the focuss from the previous shows and they haven't been able to write for 6 people yet.

If Cartoon Network is giving them as much freedom as they say, they could have done Paradise Lost as a solo Wonder Woman episode. I just don't see the ending happening without bringing in the team. I also think she should have been like, forget them, I'll do it myself. I am Wonder Woman, hear me roar! She should be a feminist, but still keep who she is on the show as a team=player. As of now her character is weak.
Also, they gave Supergirl and Jimmy Olsen fair game on STAS, so I don't see why they can't have completely solo stories on the series. If they really want to establish characters, they will need to eventually do this. Every ensemble show does this eventually. Jeez, even Larry on Three's Company had his due.

i think that there should be a justice league cartoon episode titled worlds finest, only having batman and superman. maybe a sequel to the first animated batman-superman team up.

That was kind of part one of the season opener. That's also why it was the best episode of the series so far in my opinion.
