Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny, Popeye, Felix the Cat, Uncle Scrooge, the Fox and Crow, Donald Duck, Oswald Rabbit, Tom and Jerry, Big Bad Wolf, Brer Rabbit, Daria, Bosko, Flip the Frog—
OUCH! [kicked in butt by Daria for putting her in a list of cartoon characters]
Hmm. It does seem odd to be listing more "realistic" animated figures together with vintage cartoon stars. And then there's the matter of some characters (like Mickey Mouse) being much more memorable for their work in comics than in cartoons. My brain hurts.

For modern cartoons, I like Nickelodeon's Ren & Stimpy, Rocko, and SpongeBob. For Cartoon Network, I like Dexter, Sheep, and Courage the Cowardly Dog. I also like Disney's House of Mouse series.

You guys SHOULD know by now who my two favorite modern cartoon characters are. If you don't, then what we have here is a failure to communicate.

But, for the classic cartoons of WB
Bugs Bunny
Daffy Duck
Wile E. Coyote
Road Runner
Bosko
Gabby Goat
Egghead
Yosemite Sam
Tweety
Sylvester
Speedy Gonzales
Pepe Le Pew
Marvin the Martian
Foghorn Leghorn

Hmm... of the Disney cartoons..
Mickey Mouse (I didn't like his cartoons from 1945 onward)
Donald Duck (all of his cartoons were good)
Goofy
Ozwald the Lucky Rabbit (the ones that were made by Walter Zantz. I never liked the disney ones)

Of the MGM cartoons:
Tom & Jerry
Droopy
Screwball Squirrel
Blackie the Cat (that's what I call him anyway. I don't know what his real name was, or if he had one.)

I couldn't tell you my favorite Nolveltoon or Terrytoon. I've never seen them before. I've seen some Casper cartoons, and some Baby Huey cartoons, and that's it. I've never seen a Buzzy Crow cartoon or a Herman & Katnip cartoon. Boy, am I a loser.

I'm not sure if he's on "ABC Family." But, he's on a local station here in Cleveland called WBNX (which also airs KidsWB and 1980s television programs).
