What Batman villain what you be if you could?

I know people usually talk about which superhero they would like to be, but I thought I'd ask what villain people would like to be if they could. But let's just keep it to Batman villains, from any series.
Personally, I would probably like to be Mr. Freeze (not the movie version). I'm not sure why, but something about him intrigues me.
