Wel after many months of sending him e-mail, Jason finally made contact with today and he had some things to tell me.First off, he lost a friend on 9/11/01 and things haven't been all that great for him since then on top of his very busy schedule with Vitaphone.

Anyway, he wanted to tell me that he sent my videos out today and I will be getting them at the start of next week. Here's just a sample I'll be getting from him.

12 Aesop's Fables cartoons

ComicColor Ub Iwerks cartoons

Walter Lantz color cartune specials

The only surviving reel of Laure & Hardy's lost Technicolor 1930 feature, THE ROGUE SONG newly restored

A one reeler of the 1929 Viatphone musical, GOLDIGGERS OF BROADWAY in two strip technicolor

A 1930 Spoony Melodies short from Vitaphone...And many other surprises from Jason.

And Kent, I wil mention to Jason about your order okay buddy?

Umm, no offense Nelson, but I think you should get rid of Jason's address from the post and make his e-mail address vitaphone_video at yahoo.com. Just so nothing happens...

I edited the post. I just put spaces between the "@" sign.

Thanks Nelson! BTW, I finally got my tapes today! I thought it would never happen. Unfortunately, Jason forgot two of the five videos I ordered. So far, I recieved today: Looney Tunes Volumes 4 & 9, and Flip the Frog Volume 3. I was supposed to get a volume of Columbia/Mintz cartoons with Krazy Kat & Scrappy cartoons, and a mixed volume with various Betty Boop, Willie Whopper, Lantz Color Cartune specials, and several Terrytoons, just to name a few. I wonder what went wrong?

BTW, the return address on my package reads:

Address All Correspondence To
Foothill Video
P.O. Box 547
Tujunga, CA 91043

Odd that this address was used on Jason's package, if he uses the address Nelson enclosed below.

BTW, I have yet to hear from him via e-mail, and hopefully, he will finally get back with me. Anyhoo, thanks for the tapes Jason! :bosko:
