Gurren Lagann- Worth the Sub Only DVDs?

Sure Sure, I know Bandai is releasing the series next year with the dub, but...

The series has built up such a regarded fanbase and hey I loved FLCL and Gainax is still known to crank out a hit here and there and from what I've heard this show is the s#it.

I could buy the subbed DVDs and just watch the dub on Sci-Fi anyway.. but yeah, is this really a automatic buy?

I would wait for the dub and find out how much it matters to you.
