Me and my friend have recenetly been talking about Pokemon and at one point, we started talking about Team Rocket and one thing we mentioned was how hilarious and great we thought James' voice and laughter was.
Is there a character whose laughter (Evil laughter, "haha" laughter, etc) you loved? Why?
As mentioned above, I personally loved James' laughter. It just had this hilarity to it that no other voice actor could match. And it's so funny when you type it.
EEEOHOHOHOOHOHOHOHOH.
Sideshow Bob-- his laughs are awesome. When he's laughing in a lighthearted manner, it's funny-- and then his crazy madman laugh is so deep and rich. I love it.

I can't really think of a favorite offhand, but I do know that I hate hearing characters having the same (completely un-unique) voices as another character.
Most recently the voices of Kronk (Emperor's New School),the guy off of Tak and the power of JuJu,and other voices this man has done as well.

Well, I mean, I don't think you can blame the voice actor for not being able to magically change his voice like other voice actors.
A lot of people like his voice and usually want it for their cartoons for a deep or SHOUTING!!!! character.
I think he does/did a really good job at voicing Kronk from The Emperor's New Groove and Joe Swanson from Family Guy.

I'd have to say Elmer Fudd. He almost sounds like a machine gun, but in a FUNNY way... "Be vewy vewy quiet, I'm hunting wabbits, a-ha-a-a-a-a-a-a." That's Arthur Q Bryan at his best!

Mark Hamill's Joker- it was almost musical
I second Sideshow Bob, namely his "acceptance speech" from "Sideshow Bob Roberts". Other great Bob laughs include "The Black Widower", "Day of the Jackenapes", "Sideshow Bob's Last Gleaming", "Funeral for a Fiend", "Krusty gets Busted!" Ah, the heck w/ it, there's probably a classic Bob cackle in each ep!
Mandark redeemed Dexter's Lab IMO. I'm drawing a blank on who he was emulating.
And Ren Hoek (Stimpy's Invention, Stimpy's Fan Club, Hermit Ren, etc... so many great meltdowns)

-Homer's guffawing (Homer Goes to College, Homer vs. Patty & Selma)
-Krusty the Klown's goofy laugh
-Ren Hoek's maniacal laugh (Stimpy's Invention, Man's Best Friend, etc.)
-Mr. Turner's evil laugh (Vicky Loses Her Icky)
-Bluto's evil/bullying laughs (from the Famous Studios era)
-Muttley's snicker
-Elmer Fudd's laugh (and those who mimic him)
-Goofy's trademark laugh
-Bender's cruel laughing

I can't help noticing that the vast majority of these laughs are evil.

As the Nega-chin said from "Fairly Oddparents"
"Now it's time for my evil laugh, AH-HA-HA-HA." Ah, good times.
I also like Bart's laugh when he's done something particularly messed up. Just because it sounds so messed up and evil
For those of you who watch One Piece, I think that they (and Oda) go out of their way to give every villain a unique individual evil laugh.

They have the wierdest laughs I ever heard.
Ms. Valentine: Kyahahahaha!
Perona: Horohorohorohoro!
Hogback: Foshfoshfoshfosh!
Of course Brooke has the best one:

Mark Hamill's Joker- The laugh is done was well to match with the character that it can be so creepy.
Snoopy's Laugh- It feels so cute when I hear it. Its like Snoopy is so happy that his laugh expresses such an energetic feeling to it.

Agreed with Mark Hamill's Joker.
I'll also add Katsuhiko Jinnai from El Hazard. His evil laugh was so insanely annoying it was great!

Some great laughs mentioned (even if they've been mentioned in the dreaded 'list form'), but I'm thinking of one:
Homer's laugh as Lisa was blowing in the jug in "Homer the Vigilante". I don't think anyone expected such a goofy, hick-flavored laugh to come from him.

Another nod for Hammil's fantastic Joker.
I really really love EVE's little robot laugh. It's just adorable. (I want a wav of it for my startup sound)
Oh, and I second Snoopy's laugh. It never fails to make me laugh in response. I like you you can actually hear all the "ha HAs" and "ho ho HO"s in them.
Pretty much every laugh in Invader Zim was just awesome. Especially Zim's evil laugh (http://www.siberkat.com/thewavszim/laughz.wav), and GIR's insane little giggles (http://www.siberkat.com/requests/r52girgig.wav)

Spongebob's laugh has basically become a pop culture thing unto itself, as everyone has tried to do it at least once.
To keep with the current, Flapjack's laugh is pretty freaky...watch the CN Studios logo at the end of each show with that face he makes. Nuts.

Somewhat obscure, but my favorite laugh is in Home Movies.
It's Jason's laugh when he was playing the scheming lord in 'Therapy Sucks'.

Besides the Joker, I'd go with Mama Krabs. "Ah guh guh guh guh!" It's so silly that it's hilarious.

I too love Krusty the Klown's goofy, happy, bubbly laugh. Especially considering the dark, conflicted personality behind it.
And for some damn reason, I like Woody Woodpecker's laugh. I know it annoys a lot of people (and so does the character), but I like the sound of it and can't explain why.
And yeah, Spongebob's laugh. Especially when his show makes fun of the fact that his laugh can be EXTREMELY annoying (as in the excellent episode "Funny Pants").

Phil Ken Sebben's laugh from Harvey Birdman deserves mention. It's just so obnoxious and stupid.

-Sayuri's laugh from Kanon ("ahaha~~")
-Brook's laugh from One Piece ("Yohohohohoho!")
One is really cute, one is really amusing.

Barney Rubble.
A-hee-hee-hee! A-hee-hee-hee!
Whenever he laughs on the Flintstones it always seems to make me crack up.

Mark Hamill's Joker has to top the list, hands down.
Frank Welker as (the original) Megatron had a great evil laugh.

Light from Death Note has a crazy laugh. You've just got to love it.
Dr. Wily from the original Megaman cartoon. I can't imagine Scott McNeil ever having a BAD day playing such a fun-sounding character.
Don't forget Reggie Mantle's (The Archies) laugh, not to mention Barney Rubble's in The Flintstones. Oh, and Eugene Krabs as well.

robot devils laugh it's just so evil and from a guy who you just know loves his job also peter griffins laugh especially during that one montage showing him losing all his jobs because he thought he could pee in the suit and then showing him as an astronaut(who are supposed to go in their suits) opening his suit to pee so he doesn't get fired again and he gets sucked out of his suit naked and is sent spinning into space all while hearing his laugh slowly fading away...:p

For a while, I had no idea what you were talking about...but I just watched that episode, and now I get it. Oh man, was that laugh great. I just keep listening to it over and over again.
Eric Stuart was awesome as James. Fit his character like a glove.

Did you know WW's laugh actually originated from the WB studio? It was uttered by a prototype Bugs in 1937-38 (and BTW, Mr. Blanc was the first to voice Woody as well).
