I believe that Rolly (http://www.tvrage.com/101_Dalmatians-The_Series/character_guide/?character=2601), from “101 Dalmatians: The Series”, certainly meets the qualifications to be mentioned in this thread. He seemed to be eating something in just about every episode and his limitless appetite was mentioned quite often throughout the course of the series, with several episodes actually using it as a central theme. I always enjoyed the running gag about his hidden stash of corn fritters, but I digress.

Son Goku- DB/Z/GT- My favorite moment of his was when he was a young kid after coming in second play at the Tenkaiichi Budokai, Master Roshi treated him and his friends to a dinner celebration. At the celebration Goku devor many plates to the point where waiters were rushing in and out to give him food and take the plate. I like it because the irony was that Roshi won the prize money in the tournament and used all of it just to feed him.

Chouji from Naruto is one. He's got the biggest appetite of his friends, and it obviously shows.

I know a few that have big appetites(my favorite characters):

Cookie Monster(Sesame Street) - he's got a big appetite for loving cookies.
Shaggy & Scooby(Scooby Doo) - Those 2 always love to eat while catching monsters.
Yogi Bear - The silly bear has a huge appetite for picnic baskets.
Garfield - That cat has a huge appetite when wants to chow down:D.
Wimpy(Popeye) - He's got an appetite when it comes to hamburgers.

Taz Tasmanian Devil(Looney Tunes) - He loves to eat any animals even Bugs Bunny.
Hamton Pig/Dizzy Devil(Tiny Toon Adventures)
Annabelle(Eek! the Cat) - That girl cat loves to chow down which is why she's huge/obese.
Heffer(Rocko's Modern Life) - He loves to eat alot but hates to work out in fitness places like in the episode No Pain No Gain.
Wakko Warner(Animaniacs) - Yakko's brother has a big appetite which he eats anything.
Number 2(Codename:KND) - Best member of the team who's got a big appetite.
Coop(Megas XLR) - He loves to chow down & beat anyone in eating contents.
Chowder - The little kid has an enormous appetite by eating anything besides food:p.
Goku/FatBuu(Dragonball Z) - Those two have the biggest appetites, but Buu's appetite is bigger when he goes to bakeries & turns people into candy:eek:.
Snorlax(Pokemon) - Huge obese lazy pokemon with a huge appetite.
Lina Inverse/Naga(Slayers) - Those girls have huge appetites while getting the treasures.
Luffy(One Piece) - The rubber boy has a gigantic appetite when it comes to food.
Jody(Yawara!) - One big heavy girl who's a fat pig to crush people in judo.
Hang(Beet Excellion) - That monster is one fat pig & powerful too with liquifying powers.

Chowder (Chowder)- This kid can eat so piles of food in mere minutes. His stomach is like a bottomless cave.

Luffy- (One Piece)- If there's anything he loves more than adventure, it would be eating.

Garfield- A cat who loves to eat way more than any other cat, animated or not.

Wakko Warner- (Animaniacs)- One of the biggest appetites I've ever seen in an animated series.

That would be Broadway, though they didn't really show it that much.

Other honorable mentions among the HB group would be Yogi Bear and Captain Caveman, the latter who can gulp down various inanimate objects as well as regular food.

And let's not forget about Homer Simpson, as well as Numbuh 2 of Codename: Kids Next Door.

Here's a few:

Snorlax - Whether he's wild or tamed, he still eats a whole lot.

Mandragora (JLU) - He was eating those clams like nobody's business.

Human Bender - Sure he was a one-time fictional character but he ate himself to death. At least he thew a great party before he went.

I'm pretty sure of the Samurai Champloo Trio Fuu had a much larger appitite. Wasn't she the one who came a lot closer to winning that eating contest and only gave up after accidentley making the mark of submission? Mugen quit before then due to overeating so yeah pretty sure she's more of an overeater then he is.

That's a hard question really since some of these characters we've never really even seen fully full and just kept eating until there was nothing or they had to do something else. Personally I would say it'd come down to Goku, Garfield or Kirby because I'm pretty sure the others have more limits when it comes to eating these three might not. (I'd include Luffy in that if all the food was meat related).

Plus as shown in Brawl's storyline Kirby's overeating actually saved him due to eating the pin that detropherized someone.

Yeah, Fuu could put that stuff away, then even when she bulks up, minutes later she's back to her original size. I know that was just a sight gag, but still funny.
