Factory is a Spike TV original series. It's a half-hour comedy show produced by Mitch Rouse, who co-created the Comedy Central series, Strangers with Candy. What's notable about this show is that it uses improvised scripts, similar to HBO's Curb Your Enthusiasm.
I read a review of the first episode in yesterday's Washington Post by Tom Shales, and he liked it. He called it a "blue-collar version of The Office." And since I like that show, that bodes well for me.
The first episode debuts tonight at 10 PM Eastern/9 PM Central on Spike TV.
