I've just got this game and I'm totally loving it. I've been playing for 10+ hours and I'm enjoying it. It's not story driven as much as the first Tactics Advance game since you don't have to do the story quests as soon as they pop up.

I like to customizing my characters with different classes and skills though it is annoying that I need certain weapons/armor in order to learn new skills...

My only beef is the certain laws I have to follow in some quests like No Targeting Adjacent Panels(Which means I can't attack or perform an action which is close to my character) But I guess where the strategy part is used...

Interesting tip: If you have the first Final Fantasy Tactics Advance game and you put it in with FFTA2, you'll get a special Clan privilege. I find it funny that they would call it Advance though it's a DS. :p

I picked this up yesterday, I'm not really in to it right now. It seems offally boring. I didn't really like the first FFTA too much. But I figured I enjoyed it enough to pick up this game.

I'm not very far in yet, but so far I'm not to impressed. I hope it pickes up later in the game.

Got it last thursday and I really like it ^^ I just wish I had already a few more clan members to spice up my line up and that I could get my hands on the rod that teaches White Mage how to do Esuna dangit!!!

Also is there a way to make it so your clan members get more starting MP? Its really annoying to have to build up ><

Viera Green Mage are so cute...and Elementalist (one of my fav FFTA class) oh wow...

Oh yeah...

Right now I'm leveling up before attempting the pearl gathering mission. I got badly beat by the boss the first time so I'm gonna be prepared. That quicksand move it does is really annoying! I spent way too much time healing and not enough damaging it.

Its definetely more challenging than the first. Not quite as story driven though because there's no established conflict... at least not so far.

I want a Gria in my team dangit... and a Viera archer ><

Am I the only one who feels like the Seeq are pretty pointless? They're like...really ugly cousins of the Bangaa but they're just designed with less honor ... all of their classes could have their roles filled in by Bangaas.

And Gria, according to their descriptions...feel like flying Bangaas. :/ Kinda like they ran out of ideas with those two. I mean the five races from FFTA all fullfilled their roles so well I guess it wasn't easy. The new classes though are pretty interesting.

Oh, hell yes. I love a good strategy game. This will probably be the next DS title I pick up.

Am I the only one who think that Yowie the giant Antlion will go down in infamy? Its an annoyingly HARD and HARSH battle! Seriously!

That baddie is really hard to beat. And it's Antlion lackies weren't helping either. I was actually close to beating it if my Dragoon didn't miss on the Jump attack.

I'm gonna do some level up before I try to tackle him again. I just recruited a Bangaa Warrior and I'll train him a while, then switch him to Monk so he can learn Air Render and Counter and then make him into a Dragoon. That should help out. Also I need to get that mission to unlock the Fighter Class.
