Yeah, I'm late to the party by a good ten years or so, I know. But they had a few back issues at my local comic shop and, from the little I've seen, it seems *amazing.* I noticed that there was going to be an omnibus, containing all the issues, released this month, and I just wanted to know if my first impression was correct.
So, basically, what do you think of Scud? Is it good, is it worth buying, etc?

I'm missing a couple of issues, but between floppies and the first couple of trades, I have most of the series' run. Personally, I really, really loved it: witty, stylish, hyper-violent... Sure, the H.O.R.S.E. arc that closed out the original run was kind of underwhelming, but its revival after that decade-long hiatus was a real return to form and a heckuva read. I'd definitely recommend it, especially since the sticker price on the TPB is pretty low.

Excellent, I'll buy the big book when it comes out.
Thanks for responding. :D
