Uh......
I'm afraid I don't understand what you're asking. What do you mean by "tougher"? Stronger? Braver? More attitude? More physically durable? I'm not sure what you're getting at here.
Also, this assemblage of characters seems too random: why did you select Spider-Man, Iron Man, Capt. America, Thing, Beast and Nightcrawler specifically? Because they've all been in movies? From an observational standpoint, this combo doesn't make a lot of sense. Please explain.
Also, "more tougher" is redundant; it's either "tougher" or "more tough". (Sorry, that's just the English major in me talking.)

Calm down. The folks here aren't mind readers. How are we supposed to know that you're putting together a fanfic team if you don't tell us?
-Though if I may make a suggestion: I think Beast and Nightcrawler on the same team is kind of redundant. Not trying to tell you how to write, but do you really need 2 blue furry guys?
-Also, no heroines on the team? Boo!
Finally, leadership can't or shouldn't be determined by toughness or power alone; you also have to consider that not everyone has an Alpha personality or the necessary experience to properly lead. The most obvious choice for team leader would probably be Captain America, since he has the most experience as such and is arguably the most iconic of them all. Thing is basically a reluctant hero and lacks the patience and mental faculties to properly lead. Nightcrawler and Beast are good team players, but they lack the ability to lead. (Though 'Crawler did lead Excalibur for a time.) Spider-Man could be in charge, but it seems unlikely that he'd be chosen as leader with the likes of Iron Man or Cap in the group; both men are older and have more experience.
-I'd probably give the nod to Cap or Tony Stark, but that's just me. (I'd also put a woman or 2 on the team for gender balance, but now we're getting into personal tastes....)

There will be female readers who will consider that attitude sexist, you realize.
Anyways, I never suggested that a woman should lead your team, merely that your story might appeal to more readers overall if the team weren't a total sausage-fest. ;)

Just out of curiosity, is English your first language?
What magazine do you write for?
What's wrong with having a woman take charge?

i dont write a magazine for this foolish team but i only said that so he would stop disterbing me
i dont like theteam that a woman takes the lead in cause it would be unsuccsesful team(that is from my openiom)
and because all the new heroic ladies are too fancy, too unserious so that is why i dont like a woman to take charge of a team

When no one responds to your posts, you complain about it, but when someone does respond to it, they're "disturbing" you. We just can't win.
In any case, no one ever said that you had to have a woman leader, Silver just suggested that your team could have 1 or 2 female members. That's all.
But to answer your question, out of that group, I would pick Captain America for the leader. Not because I think he's the "toughest", but because he has the most experience in being a hero.

 Um, how was my politely asking you to explain the purpose of your thread and the correlation between your random choosing of characters "disturbing you"?
Really, I'd truly like to know.

Dude, I'm not even female and I found what you just said here to be extremely chauvinistic. And to that I'd just like to point out that:
Storm has led the X-Men's Gold Team during the 90's comics, and remains the X-Men's sub-leader after Cyclops (IIRC).
Vindicator's wife Guardian was leader of Alpha Flight for a time.
Susan Storm-Richards has led the Fantastic Four on numerous occasions, and is to this day considered to be one of the most powerful and formidable women in the Marvel universe.-So it would seem that Marvel doesn't share your assessment that women don't make effective leaders.
Truthfully, which character would make an effective commander and which characters would not depends on the individual character, not that character's gender.

I didn't see him insulting you. The question just came across as a random one, and he wanted to understand why you chose the characters in question.

I'm just taking a guess here, but to use the instances by Silverstar, typically the female "team leaders", (such as the Invisilbe Woman and Guardian) only step up to take command of the team when the regular leader is out of commision. Thus, the "hard times" being that the regular leader is not commanding...
The Mighty Avengers are being led by Ms. Marvel.
Isn't Iron Man the leader of that team? At the very least, he's undermined Ms. Marvel's authority at times...

Don't forget Janet "the Wasp" Van Dyne, one of best Avengers Chairman ever. It says something that she's the only real competition that Cap's ever had for that role.

He only undermined her authority with his status as Director of SHIELD, when they went to fight Doom, and the Secret Invasion, because he can not trust anyone but himself.
Well, if by "toughest" you mean "most powerful", then probably the Thing. But, as has already been said, Cap or Iron Man are better suited for command.
