Which performer used a voice similar to Joe Penner?

I like the voice used in those cartoons.

...just by deduction. The other two probably didn't have the right pitch needed...

I think that Blanc actually did the "I'm the hero in this picture" line by Egghead in "Little Red Walking Hood," but anyway, Narrazo did the best voice.
