The marathon will run 8 a.m. Friday to 8 a.m. Saturday.
Characters to be featured include an all-star line-up: Bugs Bunny, Elmer Fudd, Porky Pig, Daffy Duck, Sylvester & Tweetie, Tom and Jerry, Pepe LePew, Roadrunner and Wile E. Coyote, and many others.
Also included in this Tribute to Chuck Jones will be a block of his more "artistic" cartoons, including the Academy Award-winning The Dot and the Line (1965) and For Scent-imental Reasons (1949). Additionally, the tribute will feature such Oscar-nominated shorts as From A to Z-Z-Z-Z-Z (1953), High Note (1960), Nelly's Folley (1961) and Now Hear This (1962). Afterward, we'll feature the Tom & Jerry shorts that Chuck Jones directed, and the MGM short The Bear That Wasn't (1967).
