In case you don't visit the comic board that often, Samurai Jack is one of the choices to vote for in this week's 'Delaney Sketch of the Week' poll. (http://forums.toonzone.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=21122) Not to mention (because I didn't want to mention) the most annoying Dexter's Lab character of all time: Koos a la Goop a Goop!

Although I voted Fry from Futurama I wanted to alert those that don't normally visit the poll because it has nothing to do with Cartoon Cartoons.

Koosy more annoying than DeeDee? You should be on TV, that's so funny!

I, myself, voted for Agents J and K.

I wonder what other characters will show up in future polls.

Dee Dee is actually a funny character. The only thing Koosy did that was funny was make a huge burrito.

And Mr. Delaney...We wanna see him shirtless!

HEHEHEH! I'm quotable! Call Barnett's or whatever!
Oh yes, this is SERIOUSLY getting my vote. Frankly I get a kick out of the original SJ house style, but I'd love to see him reinterpreted by other genres.
I've already seen his shoujo manga counterpart. *SNICKER* I'll see if I can dig that pic up again...

Jack: HELP! I'M TRAPPED IN A SHOUJO MANGA!

*snicker* I'm SO sorry, buy I couldn't resist.
Actually, the above picture is from a romance comic called "Home and Away," about an unlikely romance between a Spanish girl named Maria and a young Samurai named Kojirou, who get tangled in a mystery of murder and subterfuge that takes them from Spain to Japan and back again. It's very cute and pretty, but being in my current mindset I could only think one thing.
"They done gone and turned Jack bishounen (prettyboy)!"

Not that it's a BAD thing... *giggles HYSTERICALLY*

That image is a bit too soft and girlish to be a convincing Jack.

On the other hand, the hair style is about right.

Well, Jack is kinda bishonen in a cartoonish kinda way. Your Kojirou looks a little like Tamahome from the "Fushigi Yugi" manga and anime.

Go vote, don't let Supergirl win! She is leading by 6 votes! All because of Ralph Nadar...I mean Space Ghost!

Unfortunately, it seems there's no way to combat blonde hair, a miniskirt and 3 million CC's of raving testosterone in support...

Ooh, that sounded BITTER, didn't it ?
Bad Lyra, Bad! *smacks wrist*

It's too bad they're not showing the "Jack Learns to Jump Good" episode until Friday. I'll bet if all those loyal female SJ fans could get a good look at him clad in only his skivvies, he'd get a few more votes.

I'll try to watch the show on Saturday night, if my antenna decides to cooperate (which I doubt). I work Friday night, but I'll be thinking of you, Jack--skivvies and all.

He is Nadar because he appeals to the same audience as Samurai Jack. So he takes votes away.

Come on guys. Jack is in 2nd place. Supergirl has 35, and Jack has 28. We need a handful more people to vote to even it up. Go CCF fans!!

Samurai Jack could win, but Space Ghost is coming up fast with 31 votes!
