There is also Toon Disney and another Canadian kids' channel that shows some cartoons, YTV.

I think we could list everywhere. The I mentioned in the first message are the ones we have in Brazil. Disney has also toons but it´s most live action (no Disneytoon here).
We could catch spanish ZAZ, but now it´s over. An educational channel named CL@SS runs educational toons.
