Hey, are there any cool animation books out there like the Batman: Animated Series book? Something that shows character model sheets or turnarounds? A lot of pencil sketches stuff like that? Please give me your input. Thanks!

I don't buy many animation books, but I do have Warner Brothers Animation Art, which covers the span of Warner history, from it's beginning to the "new cartoons" such as Pinky and the Brain and Batman.
There is also a book I have yet to get that sounds good called the Lost Disney (or something like that) about all the changes made to current movies and the movies that never got to being released from Disney, and it portrays quite a different picture of the Mouse than what we have been used to!
