Since we know they're going to have retro tracks in the next Mario Kart, which ones do you think should be included and why?

SNES: Mario Circuit 2 (any old gamers know about the jump trick, so they would have a clear advantage), Bowser Castle 3 (the 2 branching paths would make for an interesting race)
N64: Royal Raceway (the huge boost jump would be good to pull off tricks should they keep them), Yoshi Valley (multiple paths plus not knowing who's in what position)
GBA: Ribbon Road (with everyone bouncing all over the track)
GCN:
DS: Waluigi Pinball (this one should've been on MKDS' Wi-Fi, but wasn't. Hopefully the next one will fix it)
Wii: Koopa Cape (it makes for a speedier race with the rapids), Coconut Mall (apparently the favorite of people on Wi-Fi)

That Wario Colosseum level from Double Dash. That's my all-time favorite track and I'm surprised they didn't bring it back.

If there's a course they bring back from MKWii, then I hope it's Koopa Cape as well. Very original and different.

I'm sure they can fit a lot more than 32 tracks on a Wii disc. I can think of a lot of retro tracks that I would've liked to see included.

Well it's not just a matter of space. The SNES and GBA stages had to be created from scratch (because they weren't originally in polygons) and it looks like they recreated the graphics in the N64, DS, and (to a lesser extent) GCN stages, as well as adjusting them to fit 12 racers instead of one. That's manpower on top of the original 16 tracks, so I don't think they'd want to do more than that.

Retro tracks?

Anything from the SNES game would make me happy. Although there are a few tracks that have shortcuts that might be pointless without the cape feather item.

Choco Mountain from the N64 version, along with N64's version of the Rainbow Road

Choco Mountain was already in the DS version. I did some checking and the only cup that doesn't have tracks from Double Dash in either the DS or Wii versions is the Special Cup. Mushroom Cup has 3 (Luigi Circuit and Baby Park on the DS, Peach Beach on the Wii), Flower Cup has 3 (Mushroom Bridge on the DS, Mario Circuit and Waluigi Stadium on the Wii), while the Star Cup has 2 (Yoshi Circuit on the DS, and DK Mountain on the Wii).

Waluigi Pinball and Airship Fortress were two of the best tracks in Mario Kart DS. I was saddened to see they weren't included in Mario Kart Wii.
