Here it is, a very comprehensive and easy episode guide for 24 leading into tomorrow's episode, slated as a major turning point for the series.

I am still waiting for the DVD set of this show. It HAS to be released on DVD in whatever way possible.

I'm hoping it will be, but will likely be awhile off - if at all. The creator said it looks really iffy if the show will see the light of disc. I recommend ya jump in now. This could be your only chance. Once the show ends in May, don't expect repeats. There's a slight chance FOX will air it twice a week over the summer, but very slight.

I am still holding out hope. With the latest trend in DVDs seemingly going towards Web exclusive titles (http://forums.toonzone.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=20684) for TV shows with a more of a cult fan base, perhaps even if Fox doesn't want to release a set commercially to retailers, we will be lucky enough to get it from anotheruniverse.com or some other website. Heck, Fox could sell it from their site. All they would have to do is put it up for pre-order, promote the heck out of it, and base how many sets they made on how many preorders they got. It's not like they would lose money. And if there was a show that was meant to be seen in one DVD box set, it's 24.

i really love the show but i probably won't buy the DVD. i am recording the show off the TV broadcast with commercials and all, but as long as i have it, i don't really mind.

AAAGGHHHh, I will pretend I didn't hear that! :D Unless by "recording them" you mean you are burning the episodes right on to your DVD burner on your computer, then in that case I guess I can forgive you! ;)
I have so many shows I've taped off of TV as it is and never watch them. I am sure if I did that with 24, I would never watch them. But I am more likely to watch a TV show more than once if I own the DVD.

24 is a must see for me. The only show I actually plan my night around! I usually tape Smallville or watch it later in the night (on a west channel) or watch it on Wednesday on Global. 24 is by far the best show on television. For shame all of those missing it, hoping to see a DVD release. The creators behind it say a DVD release is extremely unlikely. Sucks, too, considering how perfect of a DVD set this show would make.
If the show reruns in the summer (and there's a strong if), I recommend you catch it then. You'll be completely drawn in.

Thanks for the link, Jim!
One has to wonder - if 24 does get its own DVD box set (which'll probably cost a ton but would be well worth it) how would it handle commercial breaks? This probably was brought up elsewhere, since it seems kinda obvious, so can anyone enlighten me to what everyone things about it?
Can't wait for the next ep! It'll be yet another doozy!

There are rumors that there are alot of scenes on the cutting room floor in every episode, so I think we could see some deleted scenes perhaps. But I'm sutre for each commercial break, they'd run that 5 second interstiial that airs during the commercial break.

calm down Cal or you might have a seizure. no, i am not burning them on a DVD; i don't even have a DVD player on my computer let alone DVD burner. however, i might make VCD out of it. if they plan to air the show again straight through, i might record them on SP then burn it into a CD.

I actually gave up the show for Smallville. It might not have been a good idea, but that's what I did, because I just don't have time for everything the way it is. I only watched the first two or three and I just didn't feel like it was getting anywhere. Personally I hoping it will be on FX during the summer so I can catch them all over a shorter period of time. :)

I forgot about FX. I hear that network is currently rerunning the series late rin the week. I am sure they'll rerun it once the initial run is done - so maybe you'll luck out there!
