What show have you been watching a lot of lately?

I've been watching a lot of Drawn Together recently. I hadn't watched it in quite some time and decided to download some late season 1 and season 2 episodes and just have been watching them non-stop.

I actually haven’t been watching that much as of late, primarily due to the fact that many of my favorite animated programs are currently on hiatus. However, I have been going out of my way to watch “Chowder”, “Kappa Mikey” and “Yin Yang Yo!”. The latter two I began watching last year; I heard a lot of bad things about them and avoided them like the plague, but when I actually took the time to watch them, I found them both to be extremely entertaining. I’m also thinking about watching “American Dragon: Jake Long”. I never took the time to watch the second season, even though I liked a few episodes in the first season, so perhaps I’ll try to check that out when I find the time.

I've been watching mainly Goofy and Donald shorts recently, I bought 2 small DVDs of them the other day and I forgot how much I miss them and how good they really are. esp compared to todays shows. Same with Looney Tunes. I watched Space Jam the other day as well.

Oh Just remembered I've also been getting through my Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers boxset and my Ducktales one too! Back when Disney shows were still decent and animated!

I've been watching a lot of Tom and Jerry which after a while becomes really funny due to the senseless violence, I mean seriously, that show is rediculously violent.

I've been watching Transformers Animated and the original Ben 10 series lately, with some Chowder and Metalocalypse whenever they're on.

I've been watching some more episodes of Johnny Test once the reruns began airing on Cartoon Network, which is interesting, since I avoided the show like the Plague when it aired exclusively on Kids' WB. Initially, I thought that JT was the dumbest show on the air, but now, while it's not perfect, I have gained a new found respect for the show.

I've been watching Transformers Animated lately and I gotta tell ya, It doesn't disappoint. At First I was unsure of this show, but after watching all the eps and vids of the toy line online, My fandom for the Transformers has benrekindled one again. I haven't been so pumped up about the franchise since I saw Beast Wars, Armada and the Movies.

I saw the Ben 10 Ailen Force preimere. At first I rarely watch the first show cause of the bad relationship with Ben And Gwen, not to mention they made Ben too much of a overbearing character, but after watching the new show I'm willing to watch Bet 10 again.

I haven't been watching much animation, as I've been on a long, long marathon of watching all the "Mystery Science Theater 3000" episodes in chronological order (one to two episodes a day for over three months - I'm in Season 7 now). That's my favorite way to watch a show, since I get to study the way it evolved over the years. I recently did the same thing for "The Simpsons", and I'm thinking of doing it again once I'm done with MST3K, except with the DVD commentaries on this time - they make for good background noise while I'm working on other projects. I'm also considering finally buying "Animaniacs Vol. 3" so I can conduct a similar marathon with all 65 episodes of Season 1.

I got a Tivo over a week ago, and put season passes on shows i've been meaning to watch. "The PJ's" on TV One (Brings back loads of memories), "Back at the Barnyard" (for every good ep, there's a bad ep), and Johnny Test (which is NOT a Dexter ripoff like judyindisguise says it is, but some eps make it look like one), along with the others I usually watch: Chowder, Skunk Fu, Kappa Mikey, and some other stuff.

Ive been watching the all new superfriends hour after finally deciding to buy the box set. While it is incredibly simplistic and moralistic, it does have a certain golden/silver age comic book feel to it which makes it more enjoyable, though not as good as challenge or super powers team (and it was neat to see the "real" version of the joy ride short after only seeing the adult swim "form of,,crap!" version).

On DVD, I'm currently watching Wedding Peach and Beast Wars. I watch an episode of each show on Monday - Friday, which, in my opinion, makes a good hour of tv.

On tv, I'm currently watching the following animated shows.

Digimon Data Squad
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003 series)
Transformers Animated
The Spectacular Spider-Man
Naruto
Blue Dragon
Shin-Chan
Bleach
Death Note
King of the Hill

P.S.- If this post is considered a list post, due to the list threads rule, contact me, and I'll delete this post as soon as possible.

J.B. once you get started you should create a thread for all your thoughts and musings regarding the show. I'd love to read something like that. Maybe you could review shows as you watch them.

We need stuff like that around here.

Sonic Underground Vol. 1. Picked up the DVD the other week and have been watching every day, seeing as I don't have cable ($58 a month? That's serious Guinness money!). I've also been watching the Miyazaki movies that my brother was so kind to record for me at Christmas.
