Do you guys like the GCPD uniforms? I don't know, I don't think I'm used to such a retro look, not yet at least, considering I've been a fan of this show since it debuted. I think something much more simple would've been better. As far as civilians go, their fashion sense seems more fitting.

Also, I think flying cars should only be driven by the police. Logically, it would be impossible to implement traffic laws for cars that fly. Plus, if everyone has a flying car, what makes the Batmobile so special anymore (other than the cool gadgetry)? I like how cars were portrayed in ROTJ. They hovered rather than flew, and the Batmobile hovered on city streets rather than just being restricted to flying. Don't get me wrong, I think the Batman Beyond Batmobile is awesome. Shoot, I'd like to have one! :D

I think the cops look dumb in black and white. I do think it is cool that everyone has a flying car.

Not that many poeple have flying cars. The technology is probably new and very expensive. I'm sure the Batmobile is much faster and handles better. In THE CALL, Bruce said it could go up to mach....uh...something..3 maybe. I don't remember exactly, but I'm sure the regular cars don't go mach anything.

Is that the one with the JLU?

Part 2 of The Call. Starring the JLU.

When Superman is chasing the batmobile Terry asks how fast it goes. And Bruce Replies "Mach 3." And then Terry asks again, "Is that faster than a speeding bullet?"

I must say I agree, and I've noticed that for a while. The only slight difference in opinion I have is I like the look the cops have. Although it's just that I don't think that's a "cop type look." Black and white, and the design of the costume doesn't seem police-like to me.

i wouldn't call them "flying cars". they don't really fly that high, don't they? my definition of flying cars would be like those in the movie, the fifth element.

Like hell they don't. Ma Mayhem had one. It landed on roof tops.

I think the cop uniforms are appropriate. The colors and helmet thing make them easily distinguishable from the average person so people can tell who to run to in an emergency.

I love that scene in ROTJoker when the batmobile was hit from behind..it went spinning..suddenly straigthened out, and then boosted forward..man that chase was so much better un-edited..

As for the gotham police, I thought they looked too much like Shriek. They also looked like the Stormtroopers from Star Wars.. I believe the first time we see them is:

"it's a little early for halloween"
"But just in time for fall"

I thought that was clever..sounds corny when I say it..but..hey.. :)

How funny, I was the complete opposite. I saw the first one but continuously missed the second one. Finally, at work it should part 2. Can you believe this, I actually told my boss to wait because I needed to take care of something important. Hehehe... watch Batman Beyond!

So I sat in our break room and watched it. Even some of my coworkers, that don't even know what BB is, extended there breaks just to watch with me. Afterwards, they commented on how cool it was. I felt so influential!
