I live in England and I want to get the new DVDs coming out but my TV isn't NTSC compatable. Does this matter? If it does what can I do about it?
If your DVD Player is multi-region then most region-1 DVDs will play fine through your TV. However all new WB R1 releases (including the Batman ones) use new RCE encoding. Only certain players can play this. What type of player do you have? I'll check if they'll work on your player.

I've got a Playstation 2. I also have the Action Replay 2 which says it can any region DVD.
It's not the region that's the problem with new Warner DVDs it's RCE a new coding to stop imports. WHV are apparently going to use it on the forthcoming Batman DVDs, some multi-region players can get around this or you can get yours modded to play RCE. I'm not sure about PS2, but if you've got an action replay it'll probably be Ok. For more info on RCE check: http://www.dvdtalk.com/rce.html
Hope this helps.

The DVDs come out in April right? I forgot the exact date though. And anyone know around how much they'll be selling for and how many eps there will be per DVD?

I believe places like Amazon have them for preorder at $15, so that should be how much they'll cost in stores for a week or two. The BtAS disc has the first 5 eps, the JL disc has the first 3 eps (aka, Secret Origins), the BB:RotJ-Uncut has just that, the uncut movie, the Sub-Zero disc is self-explanatory as well, and the World's Finest disc has those three Superman eps on it.
I want all of these discs, it's just gonna cost alot getting them all on the same day (and Transformers boxed set comes out that day, other series seasons are not too far behind, either.)

April 23rd is the day....and the MSRP on each is $19.95. Though, we all know how only MOVIE stores charge the MSRP. So, I'm guessing Best Buy will have them for $15ea, or, if they advertise them, maybe at $13....or *gasp* $10!
yeah..like THAT'LL happen. I'm saving up $80 for em'... which, I already got $64...shouldn't be too hard...

Well you can buy a thing called a NTSC to PAL convertor for your TV. Here's a Google search (http://www.google.com/search?q=ntsc+to+pal+convertor) I did on that, you can check out if there's on for a decent price out there. The other alternative is, but i'm not sure if it works is if the PS2 has a VGA convertor like the Dreamcast did you can get completely around the PAL/NTSC standards, since monitors don't use them. That will only work if PS2 supports them, and I am unsure, since I'm not a PS2 person, but if maybe someone else knows. Hope that helps you.
