=D It started when I was very young...and all of my friends were Mets Fans...cause the Mets had won the 86 Series...I didn't follow baseball @ the time, but got interested, cause my friends liked the team. Well, as time went on the Mets got bad, and my friends all switched to liking good teams, but I stuck with my Mets.

For you Yankees, my mom has baby pictures of me dressed up in a Yankee's uniform, cause she's from the Bronx..and like the Yankee's for some reason =O

I like them because my dad liked them and started likeing baseball in the interval between Dodgers and Giants leaving and the Mets coming.

I wasn't pointing any fingers...if anyone, I was talking about my friends who got me hooked on the Mets, cause they turned traitor, and changed affiliations!

Although I'm a diehard Mets fan, I like the Yankees too. I've been to many more Yankees games than Mets games cause I live so much closer to Yankee stadium. I usually root for the Yankee in the World Series, except for 2000 of course, which was too painful for words. :(

Yep, the stadium is amazing and their is a statue of the legendary Roberto Clemente. Now if we could just field a team that didn't rely on Brian Giles and Aramis Rameriez I'd be a happy person.

With any luck Benson will be back in May - but I would only expect him to be in the pen, that is unless a miracle happens and they are actually involved in a race for first. I'm really hoping that Sean Lowe, Kip Wells and Josh Fogg all turn out to be great pitchers and that they can hold down the fort until Benson gets back. Another good one should be McKnight, extremely underrated and pretty good. That's the great thing about the start of the season - it all begins with everyone in first and a lot of hope :D
