RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE" a 42 Episode Remake series of the first 13 Volumes of CLAMP's highly popular manga Tsubasa
Ohkawa has expressed her extremely disregard and displeasness of the Bee Train (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/company.php?id=264) anime series "Tsubasa Chronicle (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=4591)", and had told her fans that they should just forget that series as if it never existed.
The new television series will be directed by Tokyo Revelations director Shunsuke Tada, and the cast of the original TV series and the OVA will remain the same, with Ohkawa will be script writer, Yuki Kajiura will score the series and Tsubasa Movie and OVA Character Designer Yoko Kinuchi will be character designer respectfully.

It should be noticed that while Pimipuudo characters tend to keep the image of the fedora, cane, and jacket-wearing pimp of seventies' Blaxploitation movies, the role of the character itself is vastly different from Western depictions: the boys of Pimipuudo rarely venture into unsavory practices, and most exist to serve as a kind of authority figure (Pimipuudo are also easily fitted into the traditional Seme and Uke roles that dominate BL manga). It seems TMNT 2003 will no longer be airing in Japan, as expressed here (http://forums.thetechnodrome.com/showpost.php?p=599335&postcount=169).


Mendinso from The Technodrome.com Forums: Okay guys, some very bad news. I can offically confirm that Episode 52 WILL be the very last episode to air in Japan.

1. TV-Tokyo listed episode 52 as the very last episode, as well as one of the Japanese TV Guides.

2. Episode 52 had just aired, and it had no next episode preview. (Soul Eater preview, instead aired...)

3. You know the very last scene in episode 52? [Where a fleet of Triceraton ships is shown approaching Earth, setting a cliffhanger for Season 3--Ian] It was removed and cut out. Instead, we were featured with a montage of scenes from the original intro, episode footage, and some of the japanese animated footage. It had the turtles, splinter, and along with April and Casey Jones commenting about the show, how it's over, and how they thank the audiance for watching it through the year.

The turtles also signed off with their catch phrase.

So there you have it. The Japanese broadcast ends at Battle Nexus.

As far a I know, the show was doing a decent bit of business in Japan--didn't it make a top ten list around Christmas (when all the shows that would normally be on the list weren't airing, but still)? If so, any reasons why it would be cancelled? Could somebody with some understanding of the Japanese TV market enlighten me?

THE SERIES FINALE OF POKEMON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Plot -
In this episode of Pokemon, Ash and the Gang are walking in some forest as usual. Then Team Rocket suddenly shows up, and kidnaps Pikachu!

But Ash summons his Staravia to pop Team Rocket's balloon! But Meowth, Jessie and James are tired of their plans being foiled constantly, so they installed a self-destruction feature into the Balloon.

"TEAM ROCKET IS BLASTING OFF FOR GOOD!" Jessie, James and Meowth scream in unison, while tears stream down their faces. Then Meowth pushes the button and the Meowth Balloon explodes into a firey ball of destruction and every trace of it is destroyed. Pikachu is destroyed as well.

Ash is then absolutely traumatized by the death of Pikachu and becomes completely depressed. Dawn tries to help, but Ash insults her by calling her fat and ugly. Dawn then cries and hangs herself.

Brock finally cannot take it anymore. He tears off a costume to reveal that he is actually Kamina! Then Kamina delivers a powerful punch to Ash's face and sends him crashing into a tree.

Kamina then gives an epic, manly speech to Ash, in hopes that it will cure him of his angst. Ash just gives him the middle finger and walks away crying.

Yoko then blocks Ash and removes all of her clothing right in front of his face. "I'll let you do whatever you want to this body if you stop being emo." Yoko says, as she poses sexually.

Ash suddenly has a reason to live again, but he is shortly after attacked by Giovanni and a fleet of airships.

Ash then uses his newfound courage to fight off the fleet of ships. Ash seems like he is succeeding at destroying the enemy, but a giant Gundam appears and impales Ash with a sword.
