This was posted on another thread. It's an interesting topic, but I thought elaborating on it would be off-topic there, so I created a new thread here.

Speaking of death traps, how many times has Batman been knocked out and/or captured, and then not only was he not unmasked, but he wasn't even disarmed!

Yes, there are many episodes that Batman is captured or knocked unconcious and he's not unmasked.

Busted! :(
• Talia actually did it in "Off Balance" and told Ra's al Gul.
• Dr. Hugo Strange figured it out in "The Strange Secret of Bruce Wayne".
• Randa Duane (and HARDAC) found out in "Heart of Steel".
• The Ninja figured it out in "Night of the Ninja".

Almost Got 'Im ;)
• Josiah Wormwood actually got his mask in "The Cape and Cowl Conspiracy" but was in for a surprise.
• The Joker attempted to do it in "The Trial".
• The Mad Hatter tried to do it in "The Worry Men".
• Poison Ivy tried it in "Almost Got 'Im".
• One of the bullies tried to pull off the mask in "I've Got Batman in My Basement" but junior detective Sherman protected his client.

Oops!
• Sid the Squid pulled off his mask and cape in "The Man Who Killed Batman" but never got to see the "body".
• The Red Claw accidentally ripped off his mask in "The Lion and the Unicorn", but she didn't see his face.

There were times where the mask seemed to be attached to his cape ("Cape & Cowl") and/or one had to tug hard ("The Trial"); and other times it wasn't attached to the cape ("The Last Laugh") and just pulled right off ("I Am the Night").

As for his utility belt, it was removed many times. I just have one question for Batman. Couldn't you lock it in place so it couldn't be removed? I recommend a nice combination lock on the buckle. ;)

I never saw Batman being forced to remove his mask on a national T.V. Except when Terry(Batman Beyond) removed his mask to a young boy in an episode named "Unmasked" and in Sneak Peek some reporter threathened to expose Terry's identity too.

The only episodes I know of that immediately come to mind are the Scarface one and Cult of the Cat.
