With that picture blown up a little bigger , you could make it look like she's really come at you!

Looks really good, I especially like the eyes and mouth. My only suggestion would be to go a tiny bit thinner on the lines around the head and arms (I know they're supposed to be really thick, just a small suggestion). Keep it up.
