That episode was great. It relates to my fear of snakes.

Awesome episode, which the CGI character designs are weird/interesting for the kung-fu chickens & other characters, Kobura is the coolest snake villain ever next to the snake villains from He-Man & that they use the same formula of the hero's old enemy wanting revenge tactic.
That one-eyed green girl in the opening song is one cool villainess coming soon.

I hadn't watched the show due to the uber-lame villains shown on previews, but if an actually cool villain has shown up, I may have to look into it...

This show has 1987 post season 1 Ninja Turtles feel to it and that's IMO is a good thing. Laughable villians + slapstick fighting + a group of heroes with snappy personalities and a lot of individualism. The character designs are occasionally groan worthy but Aardaman certainly hasn't let us down with this one so far and I look forward to seeing more.
I don't think Koby was actually a snake... What WAS he? Eh whatever...

This is extremely stereotypical but like Sketch said it is like the original TMNT anyway, and it is like the 1987 TMNT in stereotypes as well.
This episode, like the others, has its moments but there's something holding it back.

I got good news. They already posted up videos of Chop Socky Chooks at Cartoonnetwork.com. Anyone who missed an episode can go there.
