Okay, here's how it is with the voice actors:

Spongebob, er...um, I mean Tom Kenny, is the one with the pale skin, and Phil, I mean Kathie Soucie, is the one with the brown hair.

BTW, why does the video take forever to download?

The part of the video that I saw resembled I little bit of Harry Potter (just drawing and humor wise). I didn't see how it was better then dexter or ppg though.
