Random.

Roach sounds more appropriate.

They're not going to reference that episode ever again are they?

He's married to the Pokemon-thing? I thought it was a pet!He has poor taste in women.

......REAAAAAALLY poor taste. (Keep in mind I'm making this comments every time the camera focuses on Muuchan doing something.....well....yeah)

Uh oh. Now Muuchan's possessed. Can we say, cliffhanger people?

For a demon eater he sure gets possessed easy.

Time for the disco. ...Intercepted.

That music at the end has to be the coolest BGM in this show.

The Chorus of Cicada Signals the Passing of Summer- So this show has some really effin creepy aspects to it. Not gunna lie. This is one of the episodes I hate most. I just about jumped 30 feet in the air when crazy woman turned the baby around to be a giant FREAKIN BUG. Poor Suzu. If I was her I would have been huddled in a corner screaming, expecially when that husband was pointing the shot gun at her... and Haruka hanging!!?? just ajdhkjlasdhjla
That was disturbing beyond words, and i'm not even gunna comment about Kantaro's ability to blow on those leaves so well.
*COUGH* Ahem.

O Lamentations for the Married Couple- can I get a 'You will die in 7 days?'. I totally thought of The Ring with the well at the beginning. Once again, dead skeletons walking around kind of give me the creeps. The business man was handsom till he reveled there was dead girl in his attic. Channeling not only The Ring but The Grudge too? Poor Sugino only wants his Muu chan's love, who I still refuse to accept is a female. The evil grin at the end XD

I stayed awake a good deal of the night trying to figure out the bug episode.

I really should have watched it a second time, but I deleted it. Anyone actually figure out the point of it?

the point of the bug episode?
uhm... you shouldn't be so obsessive about a child that isn't yours? Accept what you have? Move on from the past? Some things can only remain just a Summer's dream? Bugs are gross? Don't do drugs?
yeah, I have no idea.

Although, I did hear something today that seemed to sum up this series in general pretty well. In the words of my great English teacher, "There's always that moment in every friendship, when one friend removes the other friend's clothing."
You keep on keepin on, Haruka X Kantaro.

It struck me as unorthodox for this show. No disco, no weird fanfiction moment, just the little girl having a spaz for the last ten minutes, then saying something in that final minute that I can't recall. Was there even a conflict?

I read online that is' one of the weirdest filler episodes because it's very much unlike the whole 'monster of the week' deal. I think the biggest conflict had to do with Suzu's dream and the woman in it who was some how making her world turn to mush? I know there's meaning inside that episode somewhere. I'm really hoping that somebody will come up with a symbol for all those bugs that kept appearing. Do they mean anything that could pertain to the message of this episode? if there even was one...that is

God, I loved that bug episode. Not just for the obvious bug baby stuff, but the images of the various characters in Suzu's nightmare (lynched Haruka, pumpkin head Kantaro, stuffed Yoko) was genuinely creepy.

Smile for the camera, sweetheart.

Glad to know I'm not the only one confused by that episode. I know that cicadas are a sign of summer so that explains a little of the theme. In retrospect if that whole thing was a dream does that mean that Suzu's friend was never dead to begin with? This is like that episode of Paranoia Agent starring the ghosts except more freaky and confusing.

And that green frog/turtle thing is that guy's wife!?......Okay:sweat:
That atleast explains why the Sugino guy reacted to that Scholar guy trying to pet her a few eps. ago.
