?

A Hero( She does defend cats)

A Villian( She has stolen millions of dollars in jewlery and she backstabs Batman alot)

A Nuisance( Not really a full fledged hero, but not a villian. More in between. Just a pane in the side in the Bat-team)

In TAS she's a mix, which makes her 'human', which i don't see as a choice. This is one of the reasons why I loved that show...the character's weren't one dimensional, which allowed for plots that weren't cliches. Of course, when I was a kid i didn't notice stuff like this at the time.

Why isn't there a choice for Hero/Villain? Because sometimes she's a bit of one, and sometimes she's a bit of the other. I wouldn't necessarily call her a nusiance either. Catwoman is just plain cool, whether she's a hero, villain, or just in between.

I hope Frank White didn't explicitly mean to rule out the "antihero" option, cuz I added it in. :)

No its cool. I wonder what she would be like if she really tried to be a full-fledged villian.

Catwoman is herself, and she's just like anyone in the world who's trying to do something that'll distract them from their not-so-great past. But because this is the DCUA, she's going to do it the way anybody growing up in Gotham would, she puts on a cowl, and pretends she's someone else. Just like Batman, just like The Joker, just like Scarecrow. It's just people stuck in a fantasy world where things can distract them from their real lives. Where they can have some degree of control. That's why I love this stuff, it's a bunch of poor kids running around trying to make themselves feel better.

How can she not be an antihero? She was more of a villainess in TNBA but she still saved Batman's life.

"She's not a girl...not yet a woman!"

(Ahem)... :o ...What I meant was, I think she's H.O.T :o :o :o

Um...Let me re-phrase....she's definately not evil, just completely lead astray sometimes...a temptress...a cat....and, deep down inside, a good wholesome person...

To me Catwoman is an anti-hero. She's willing to help batman when she sees fits. She's willing to protect others when she sees benefits her. Her profile just scream anti-hero.

Antihero all the way. She'll do good in her own, interesting way, but will steal your millions while she's at it.

Based on what I know, Catwoman works on her own agenda and only acts to help herself or causes she deems fit. Villain.

My choices for cat would range from:

A-Self Centered
B-Over Rated
C-Underpowered
D-Schitzo

Probably A, B,C, and D.

From yours, well she's not even a Villain.

The Only time I like her character is when she a theif. Because at least she's true to Something.

So add Catburgalur to the list.

Definitely an anti-hero. She's very manipulative, and chooses a side when it works for her. That's what makes her such an unpredictable Gotham Gal. ;)

in TNBA I would consider her as a b!txx, but in BTAS she was a hero, she saved Batman at least twice and she also saved Gotham.

She's a complex woman who isn't easy to put into a catagory.

Ya'll forget, as much as she saves Batman she backstabs him, like in Catwalk when she scratched the rope and the huge whale fell down. Batman could have been killed but she didn't seem concerned.
