I see they are re-releasing the series in season sets.
Do they include japanese audio?
are they uncensored?
anything wrong with them?

Are they re-releasing anything else?

the movie collection does it include japanese audio/uncensored/problems with it?



I am also confused about the OVA collections, some places its called OVA colelction while in others its labeled as volume 2. does it include Slayers Special and Slayers excellent?

All Slayers DVDs include Japanese audio.


are they uncensored?I..don't think they've ever purposefully censored anything in the Slayers. If you're asking if they cut anything out, then yes. The Slayers Funimation boxset is missing the last 2 minutes on the last episode on the dub, but it is on the the Japanese version. It's nothing too big, just the gang getting news from Seyruun and running off. Only the old CPM boxset has it dubbed. Funimation's boxsets for Slayers and Slayers Next are also missing the episode previews for the dub. Just like before, they are on the sub. The dub previews are only available on the VHS tapes as far as I know.


anything wrong with them?Funi's Slayers boxset OP and ED look a little dark and there is some dub distortion issue on a certain episode (maybe it's just my copy), but other than that no. Slayers Next is fine.


Are they re-releasing anything else?Slayers TRY will be rereleased by Funi in...March I think.

I dunno about the movie and OVA collections as I already bought most of them separately.

ADV has already released the Movies and OAVs in two thinpak collections, so I doubt we'll be seeing anything else on that front for a while.
