Was last week Adult Swim's last Thursday, or is there one last encore tonight?
It would make sense to end Thursday today, but I'm not sure if they are or not. Anyone know?

I thought I heard last week was the last Adult Swim Thursday.
Nope, I don't think Adult Swim is tonight. I believe last week was indeed the last Thursday showing.

Here's a question (that's been asked before):
How many people watched the Thursday night AS? I mean, instead of the Sunday block.

I would watch both of the blocks. And I'm really dissapointed they've stoped the Thursday block, it was always something I could look forward to at the end of the week. Do they expect they'll get better ratings with Scooby Doo? Or are they just trying to keep the shows from getting old too quickly?

Damn. I wish I knew that before this past Sunday. I was pretty upset when I turned it on to be greeted by the Flintstones. Hey, I like the Flintstones and all, but not when I am in the mood for Home Movies! And I totally didn't watch it this past Sunday. Frag.

Think a petition of some kind would help? I mean that plus the inevitable drop in ratings might help.

I don't think Williams Street is ALLOWED to have more than two Adult Swim nights right now.

Yeah, the Saturday move of the block is a lame idea. Now lots of kids will watch it (which I thought they were trying to stop). In addition, they will compete against Mad TV and SNL in multiple markets. How wonderful...

Not to mention I am not home Saturday nights. Yeah, I can tape the line up, but to find time to watch it in an already busy week...I would prefer Thursday nights to remain the night. Even if the chose to make that the night for new programming.

The real problem is starting it off with YYH. YYH will probably attract kids like DBZ, and since its Saturday night they may be able to watch it. They should start it off with Gundam, I mean, look what it did to Toonami's ratings. Nobody got interested and only the big DBZ rerun fans watched it.

I wouldn't say nobody watched it. I probably didn't perform as well as newer animated shows do (also the story was a bit more complex than some of the younger Toonami fans might have liked).
Problem is that MSG isn't what's going to be on ASA - it's Gundam 0083

Batman and Superman aren't part of Adult Swim. They're just action cartoons that a fan of Adult Swim would probably enjoy. Kinda like how Matt puts Sheep in the Big City in the Adult Swim schedules.
