hello my good friends how come spawn is not on HBO?
that sad that spawn is not on HBO anymore. :(
spawn is a cool superhero. and I would like to see spawn in action again. :)

If I remember correctly HBO decided not to bring back the show after Season 3. I also seem to recall Todd McFarlane saying that he was going to shop the cartoon around again and try getting it back on the air, but this was all second fiddle to Spawn 2. If you really want to see Spawn again pick up the entire 3 season set on DVD - I think I paid about $30 or so for the entire set.

McFarlane plans to release a 90 minute animated Spawn movie to video to wrap up the storylines sometime in 2003 or 2004, although that could change. The DVDs are awesome, though. I have the 3 animated Spawn discs (and the iffy live action movie) and they look great on disc!

Argh, the last episode of Season 3 hurt me. It ended with a cliffhanger, and then, no more episodes. it's already been a few years since the show first aired (and I last saw it). If they make a new movie in order to wrap everything up, I may consider getting it and the other three seasons. Otherwise, I'll just remember that it had good animation and voice actors (Keith David, I mean, how could the acting NOT be good?) and that's about it.
