Let's just say Solomon is predominately in this episode. And something that will surprise him as well. What is it, tune in tonight at 12:30 am Eastern. Which is the final time Blood+ will be in that timeslot.

Location: New York

This episode makes me =[ for Solomon.
I really wish the time slots weren't being all screwed over. There goes my sleep.

Not mine though. I'll just be setting the thing to record meaning this'll probably be the last talkback I attend to for a while. But I'll drop in now and again for some of the big final battle type episodes. Especially when we finally see you know who die. (No way in hell am I missing that)

Last time: "Hey Kai, I'm carrying your dead little brother's babies. Wanna be my Chevalier?" :D

Haji's pose in front of the New York skyline...I think I saw that on a cop show once.

It's just a flesh wound...I've had worse.

You might want to go back. If that one guy tried to kill you for taking his job, health insurance must be minimal.

Join the Corpse Corps. See the world. Meet interesting Chiropterans and slay them.

Solomon's more "come wiz me to ze casbah" that Van this week.

Nice kiss.

Sorry. Full schedule. International corporate biological conspiracy to thwart, vampire sister to kill, father and brother to avenge, and she's also got a another 30-year sleep cycle coming up.

Two Chevaliers each, and not enough Chiropteran queen to go around.

Come on Sol, do you know how many sharp objects Haji has taken in his chest in this show?

Can Solomon actually kill Diva? Her blood's in his veins.

"Owner of a lonely heart..."

"Love is in the air...everywhere you look around..."

"Just a flesh wound."

How many times have I heard that in a show?

What's wrong with being naked Saya? Show the fans a little fanservice.

DAMN, MAO!

It seems a certain queer has bigger things in store for Diva. And I take the demonic voice is a sign that he means business.

Saya, Solomon, what difference does it make. Just send someone to kill Diva and I'll be happy.

I love it when chevaliers fight over Saya.

Took you long enough to spread those wings Hagi.

Oh NOW she finds out about that.

Well this week's episode sure flew by fast, didn't it?

I'm with saya here, wtf is this guy talking about.

Edit: So saya slaps him and he hugs her. This guy has lost his damn mind.

Kai just realized Mao has feelings for him and is jealous of Saya. Idiot indeed.

So, uh, how did haji find saya? And it seems the two boys are fighting the love of the girl, how nice.

Edit: So he was hiding his powers all along, that explains a lot.

Saya, you idot. You can only mate with Solomon. Dump Haji or you'll never have any babies. Oh well, she wouldn't make a good mother anyway.

At least david seems to have got the girl that was fluanting at him in the begining of the show.

Two Chevaliers each, and not enough Chiropteran queen to go around.

Oh, shes more than enough.

Unrequited love is possibly the saddest thing in the world, other than death.
Saya doesn't realize how lucky she is to have somebody say those kind of sweet things to her. I hate that in girls. They're blind to it. People dream about that stuff.
I think it would be alot worse waking up naked in Solomon's bed if he was an ugly fat man with cheese doodle stains on his shirt and a rap sheet. He's desperately in love with her. It's tragic. I only feel more bad for the guy as the series hits the end. I'll always support Saya X Hagi, but Solomon doesn't deserve to have his heart broke.

Lots of kissing going on. Mao to Kai, Julia to David, etc. Hagi is still struggling with admitting his love for Saya. Maybe he's scared to right now. It's obvious he wants to be with her more than anything, and he knows that too.
at least he eventually makes a move, however long it took. >_<

Lovin the wings. I always mentally squee during that scene. Nathan is a sexy devil. His evil voice ^___^. He pretty much told Amshel to back the eff up.

A lot happened, yet it felt like nothing happened at all. And that was probably the 347th time I said that about an anime episode...

But yeah, it felt more like an aftermath episode from the previous one, showing people recovering from what happened at the base. And man, I thought Mao gave up on Kai for quite some time. Guess she was just surpressing her feelings.

So, uh, how did haji find saya?
His Haji Senses were tingling.

Ever hear the saying "cut off the head and the body will die?" I'm pretty sure that applies to Chiroptean Queens too.

Well, we find out a few things about the characters. Nathan seems to be more than we thought, ordering Amshel around with that evil voice of his. Could it be that he has a power we don't know about? And Solomon confessing undying love to Saya. Poor guy, doesn't he know that the fangirls aren't on his side?

Mao seems to be secretly making her moves as these episodes go on, whenever Saya isn't around, she seems to take action to give Kai more and more hints (if you can call them that) that she is in love with Kai, and of course, Kai makes like they don't exist (come on, a pretty mafia princess says she loves ya and you jump up and present your 'little sister' breakfast in front of her? talk about a death wish.

overall, not much happend other than Saya finding out that Riku became a man before he died.

Diva still has three chevaliers. Amshel, Nathan, and James.

Nathan should count as Two Chevaliers, since he is so bad ass, and yet doesn't have to show it, yet.

Nathan is what you get when you mix a rainbow and the devil. Stir until frothy.

I wonder what ever happened to crazy Dr. Collins. I hope Amshel ate him.

A rainbow parade practioner of death? A sweet sinister villian? It does seem that Nathan has bigger 'ballz' than amshel, so one has to wonder what Nathan has in store for us.

Edit: after seeing the second viewing, I just realized, Solomon has seen the supple flesh of Saya. Makes one wonder how pure his thought process is during the episode, heheheh:evil:

Yeah, Nathan's demon voice was scary. Amshel still sat there like.. "Srsly? No way dude."

Hagi/Haji was pretty cool with the devil wings. Seems both guys that want her have wings. Seems like a fair fight now. I hope Solomon doesn't do anything stupid D:

Also Mao :E I still can't stand her VA and it's been like.. 40+ episodes. Oh well. She's still kinda meh-cute I guess. Where's photo guy? I figure he'd been doin' the you know what with her for a while. xD Anyway, pretty nice episode overall.

Is it just me or was Mao hinting at Kai liking Saya as more than just a brother/sister thing? >.> Granted they aren't related by blood... but still.. eeew.

BABIES. Nathan's not a baby person, clearly.

I've kinda been wondering about that these last few episodes...especially after last week when Diva proposed the idea of him being able to mate with Saya if he became her chevalier.

Poor Mao...poor Solomon, although he didn't get off on the right foot by having Saya waking up naked, I can't be the only one who thought he might have done something naughty beforehand! >.>

So Haji was holding back this entire time? ...Well that sure explains his ongoing losing streak!

Well, good for David and Julia. There's is probably the only relationship in this show that seems realistic and not too forced to me.

And now I REALLY want to see Nathan's true form that much more. FABULOUS!

Isn`t Nathan's true form the one saya is fighting on top of the chysler building in the opening?

Wow, I hate Saya more and more and this goes on. I mean of course she's rejecting Solomon, Solomon sounds like he wants to put her in a gilded cage or something. And all the guys she attracts are so weird but.... To lose to Hagi? Man I feel bad for him. Kai too, he doesn't get anyone. It's obvious Saya hasn't even noticed him and he doesn't love Mao despite her proving herself to be a decent person--he didn't react to her kiss at all. At least Mao is willing to face the truth of it.

I can sympathize with Diva. Saya has all the friends, the family, the love, but she just wastes it.

Amusing Aside: So I was scanning the listing for Blood+ on my digital cable and realized the description was like a soap opera:

"Solomon's proposal is interrupted by Hagi; Saya discovers Diva is pregnant with Riku's children; David has an operation."

If Solomon wasn't so obsessive he would have had a much beter chance with her. But taking away her clothes, forcing her to wear a dress, and talking about having it only be her and him forever was creepy and stalker-ish. If he had apprached her group and slowly worked his way in, then he'd be better off. She was impressed with him when he danced with her that time, that was the way to do it, a little at a time. Now was not the time to say "marry me and lets run away and see the world!"

I also hopes Kai smartens up and takes some interest in Mao, because the idea of Kai/Saya is also creepy.

Whats so dirty about it? Saya just a ticket to immortality and one that Kai is just to stupid to take. In fact, he should have have let Diva make him her chevalier so he could mate with Saya. Don't you guys want Saya to have kids?

I knew from last time that Solomon trying to capture Saya and make her his would never really pan out. I mean yeah he's nice, he's dedicated, and obviously in love and not trying to trick her. And at least he realizes that to have Saya he'd need to include her family and actually be able to go along with Killing Diva. Still though it's a doomed relationship. Even if they weren't enemies by now it's obvious Saya's with Haji and there's nothing Solomon can do to change that. Well I guess trying to kill Haji but really you think that's going to make Saya appreciate him at all? Yeah not really. Nice though we finally get a reason why Haji's never used his chorporiation powers before until now since Saya was freaked the last time he did it and not wanting to see her like that again. Yeah they're defintley an unbreakable couple at this point, though Saya's now going to probably angst awhile finding out about Diva being pregnent with her and Riku's kids. (I mean really hearing your sister knocked up your younger brother to get a pair of kids is going to tramuatize someone who wasn't already traumtized by the knocked up part). Other good poitns in this arc was Julia bringing David to the hospital and finally joining the team back, (I mean after being threathened by Collins not much point of her staying to do Chorpeterian reaserch is there) Nathan threathining Amshall by saying he wants Diva (yeah I guess he is the strongest of the Cheavliers the way Amashall reacted to the threat), Mao trying to flirt with Kai and pointing out she realizes how dedicated he is to Saya and wouldn't want to get in the way of that. (Though with Saya and Haji even closer now it's not Kai can butt in more then just a big brother unless Saya changed her mind about threesomes. Why did I just say that?). Overall solid stuff. It looks like the end is getting closer but if it's getting to more good stuff like this I'll be enjoying it.
