First of all- Tara Strong from TNBA was by far the best Batgirl/Barbara Gordon ever! She was perfect in her voice and that version animation wise was the best. She was cool, smart, sexy, and had the perfect characterization we all want in Batgirl! :D

On the other hand... I'm a little confused as to why you but the Batman Beyond Commish Gordon, considering the poll is "Best Batgirl". Neither version is Batgirl! :confused:

Well I think since it's Barbera Gordon and since she used to be Batgirl, and since she's played by a different actress she can be a choice in the poll. Probably no one will vote for her anyway but they can if they want to. I think Stockard Chaning is a famous actress. I think she was in Grease or something like that.

For me, it came down to a toss-up between Melissa Gilbert and Tara Strong, and ultimately I'd probably go with the latter, just because we saw much more of her.

This may be a moot point now, but you forgot to include Mary Kay Bergman, who provided the voice of Batgirl in SUB-ZERO.

I think we can all agree "Batman and Robin" represented Batgirl the worst-

Heck, Batman and Robin represtented Freeze, Bane, Batman, Robin, and Ivy horribly as well.

Well I guess Ive never been wowed by a batgirl like I am by Kevin Conroy or Mark Hamill, But I voted for Tara Strong. I liked her the best. Although I was tempted to vote for a Batman Beyond Barb. I thought she was really well done on that show. She was so much like her dad. Although I didnt know there were 2 voices for her. Whoever did the second one must have done a good job of mimicking the first.

Well, i went w/ ol' TNBA Tara. Her voice just seemed to fit the character best. As much as i love Melissa Gilbert, her voice was a little too... i don't know... nasaly, or something :o . Tara Strong just is the Batgirl voice in my head.

I'd say Melissa Gilbert, although I really liked Tara a lot too. Man, it's really hard to decide! About the only one I certainly wouldn't have voted for is Alicia Silverstone, I mean, that's easy. And yes, Stockard Channing was Rizzo in Grease. She was so awesome!
