I forgot to mention this earlier, but today, while looking through piles of videos in the basement (there must be over a thousand down there! Not comparable to the ones in my room though....:D) I found a tape marked "T.J.'s Tape" (I'm called that around here) and I was quite surprised what was on it! There seemed to be about 12 programs from around 1995-1996. 4 or 5 of the programs were Tom and Jerry showings of CN, with these interesting cartoons:
"The Milky Waif" (edited of course)
"Puss n' Toots" (edited of course)
"The Mouse Comes to Dinner" (UNCUT!!!)
"Dog Trouble" (edited)
"Puss n' Toots" was edited slightly different from when it was shown around last Christmas on the rare T&J. Instead of abruptly cutting from the female kitten looking up, having a curious look to Jerry already pushing down on the "CHANGE" button on the record player, we see Jerry get out from his hiding place (shaking sticks--off his bottom), pushing the button that was originally supposed to put Tom in his Chinese face, it cuts straight Tom spinning around to the Conga music.
The rest of the tape had LT showings taped off either TBS or NICK, including three with our favorite Mexican mouse: "Tortilla Flaps","Mexican Cat Dance", and "Daffy's Diner"! There was also "Two Crows from Tacos"!
Pretty cool, huh?:)
