I like Kyle Rayner mainly because everyone else hates him, but I love the concept of a graphic artist with a Green Lantern ring. I also like the version of John Stewart from the show.

Hal Jordan will alwasy be the real Green Lantern to me. The rest are just second stringers.

I like Klye Rayner as GL he has alot more going for him. I always felt Hal Jordan lacked alot as far as personality as GL he was pertty plain in my mind and im glad they've never giving any real concideration to animating him.
John Stewarts comic version I never really cared for but he's become alot more interesting as of late (I dont know if that has anything to do with the fact he's being animated now or not). I was kind of opposed to him being The JL's GL but I really love the character's aggressive no nonsense atittude and Im probably one of the few people who likes the fact that he doesnt make alot of ring constructs.

My top 10:
1. The comics version of John Stewart
2. Alan Scott
3. Hal Jordan
4. Katma Tui
5. Guy Gardner
6. G'nort
7. Kilowog
8. Arisia
9. Ch'p
10. Mogo
The other members of the GL corps would fill out numbers 10 through about 3610. If I *had* to put Kyle on the list somewhere, he'd be at the end, #3611, after such luminaries as Xax and Medphyll.
The animated version of John Stewart is hard to put on the list. I could easily see him being in the top 100 though.

My favorite would have to be Kyle Rayner although I do like Hal Jordan and John Stewart. I even enjoy Alan Scott. Abin Sur always interested me as well for some reason. But the reason I like Kyle is the fact that I've probably had the most exposure to him and reading Morrison's JLA got me to really explore more in depth the history and going ons of the GL Corps. To tell you the truth, JLA got me more interested in the DC Universe than I was before. I used to be a Batman and Superman Universe fan and not much else. Now I'm a fan of too many characters in the DCU :D

No.1 for me is TAS John Stewart and I wish DC would learn from what this show is doing. and yes count me among the people who actually like that he doesn't do ring constucts.
I liked Kyle at first as a character and the premise of an artist with the ringf, but I always hated his costume. His appearence in STAS was cool I will admit but if making John Stewarts back story flow means letting this ep go then I really dont mind.
While I was not a Hal Jodan fan, I have nothing but total respect for his character. Gil Kanes design work with this character and his comics work are standouts. DC treated Hal like garbage and it wasn't neccessary.

I like all GL's, except for Hal Jordan who I have absolutely no respect for.

Crickett, be good. You're not turning this place into the GL Message Board. ;)
I have respect for Hal Jordan, but I don't have respect for his horrible, horrible writers who really ruined the character with really crappy plots and stories, and especially Gerard Jones, the reason GL was selling so bad that they had to remove Hal from the GL position.
That said, my favorite Green Lantern is the Kyle Rayner of S:TAS, which combined the great origin of Hal Jordan with Kyle and made for a great character. The ring actually chose him because he was worthy, and he creatively and effectively used the ring's power.
I think it would've been great to see him interact with the Flash. The two jocular attitudes would've been really fun to see, as opposed to Wally joking around and John just standing there angry.

Yeah but every great comic team needs a straight man.

MattL,
Batman is the team's straight man. Hawkgirl is a straight woman. In fact, there's almost all straight men/women. We could've used Kyle in this League.
